We have used Cool Dude for over 8 years. They replaced the entire HVAC system and ducts on one house. Then after we rebuilt a new house, they have maintained the new system which is more complicated. Monica was my initial contact with this company, and I cannot say enough good things about her. I was certain my house was going to burn down as it smelled just awful. She was so caring, and immediately put me at ease. She contacted Clay, he called me right back, and they had someone come over that very day to take a look at my unit. My unit was very old, and the motor had burned out. Clay gave me several options, and there was no pressure whatsoever. I chose to replace my antique unit with a new heat pump, and I couldn't be happier. They even went the extra mile and brought over a temporary motor so I would be cool until I had my new unit installed. So....from my call with the marvelous Monica to the soft hum of my new a/c unit, I am one happy customer. I will happily recommend Cool Dude Air Conditioning and Heating to everyone.
