Great service and are always prompt and on time with my appointments. Felt they gave honest opinions for things to improve my A/C system and maintenance but they were not pushy nor tried to give me a hard sell. They simply educated me and let me make my own decision. That's hard to come by. Highly recommend to anyone needing their service

We contacted S.W.A.T. when our a/c went out and they scheduled us and got us up and running very quickly for an affordable price. Our technician was very friendly, professional, and worked fast to fix our a/c issues. We highly recommend giving them a call!

Awesome service! Technician was here ahead of schedule. Quickly diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed shortly after. Fair pricing for visit, diagnosis, and repair. I will definitely be using them in the future. Stop searching and call them now if you have A/C Issues.

Brandon came out today and performed my annual heating tuneup..he called 30 min prior to arrival & was very professional. He checked the unit in attic & even looked outside too. Very pleased with this company! Excellent!

Todd and crew of Spring Woodlands Air Technicians are excellent. I have used them in the past for repairs and when my old systems finally just really had to be replaced I used them for new equipment installation. Their response time has always been good, prices are very competitive, and they do quality work.

Had an annual inspection the day before from another company that resulted in their technician making my wife nervous that our 6 yr old A/C system is going to need a total overhaul. I reached out to Goodman, who lists these guys as recommended Technicians. I called that morning, and they were at our house by 3 o'clock. They were delayed, but called me in advance and told me they would be, so I don't mind.

The techs were courteous and not looking for ways to tack on more services or expenses. They gave good recommendations for easy maintenance solutions. Their semi-annual maintenance plan is better priced than the other guys and they said they will do more to ensure the drain doesn't get clogged. I found my new A/C guys!

First time I’ve used them. Very pleased! Junior came out on the weekend - in only 40 minutes after I called the main number. He was punctual and thorough!! He also offered helpful suggestions of things I could do to improve the system. I will be calling on them again!

Brandon and the other employee (I'm sorry I don't remember his name) were on time and very professional. They cleaned up and left no mess when they were done. Brandon communicated with me throughout the job, which I appreciated. The house they worked on is now cool without the 2 window units that had to run constantly. Thank you so much!!!

They showed up early and whenI told them I had tested certain items on the system instead of judging me or being negative they listened started troubleshooting from there. It still was not easy to troubleshoot but when they found the problem they informed me,tested it, and understood I could replace it myself instead of trying to sell me a thermostat. It means a lot to me that they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I hope I don't have to but will call them back if needed. Highly recommended. Please remember you pay for the experience not the parts.
