Todd, from SWAT did an excellent job. Answered my call & responded to my questions professionally, and completely. Came out within 30 minutes of my call. Did a thorough inspection, presented me with my options & made good recommendations. Completed the job efficiently & competently. The cherry on top is that Todd was very personable - that makes a big difference to me. I am very happy with the work that Todd & SWAT did; I'll call them for my next HVAC issue & so should you.

Due to the recent storms, I suffered a power surge to my home. I called SWAT and the next morning Brandon arrived at my home ready to assist me. Brandon was very professional and up-front about the pricing to repair my unit. I will use SWAT for any future repairs and service.

I called Todd at SWAT yesterday late morning and he had a Technician scheduled for early afternoon. The Technician arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. It was a minor wiring issue. They were very honest and did not try to take advantage of the situation, which is unfortunately rare anymore. I will definitely call Todd @ SWAT in the future.

One of my units (upstairs) was blowing warm air so I after performing the basic checks to the AC condenser (capacitor, contactor, cleaning,etc) the compressor was not starting up so I called S.W.A.T and talked to Todd and he sent one of his guys (Ramiro) to perform the inspection...after he finished he confirmed the bad news that I was expecting...the compressor is burned out...so after he gave me options I decided to replace the AC unit...the next day both Ramiro and Todd were at the house very early and replace the unit with a more efficient one. They did a very good job, they are very professional, detail oriented and straight forward in answering any question and the price it's fair so I liked that aboutvthembabout them I don't need BS talking. I highly recommend S.W.A.T because they take care of business and they will not leave you in a bind.

EXCELLENT service. They came out same day and gave an initial estimate of $500 to replace the blower motor. About a half hour later i received a call from the tech on site telling me that upon closer inspection, the motor was good but the capacitor had a wiring issue. Lowered the cost by half to replace. Who does that? Everyone should but these guys DO! I will call them for sure for any future needs. One of the few honest AC companies i have found.

Top notch service from start to finish. We had an AC tune-up performed and they recommended a couple items that needed to be addressed. They were very accommodating and the job was completed at an affordable price. Do not hesitate to contact them should you need your home AC serviced. Thanks guys!
