UPDATE 3/12/21 - The system they installed for me several years ago is rocking along great. Just to ensure we're ready for the upcoming summer months, I scheduled a routine check up. Ramiro was the tech that came out on 3/12/21; very pleasant young man. Again, I won't use anyone else and exclusively refer Todd and his team. Keep up the great work gents!

I have used SWAT for two years now. They show up when scheduled and are professional and thorough. The one time I needed the system repaired I paid for the piece being replaced with no further installation fee. I would recommend them any time.

They explained everything in detail, they managed to fix what two other companies couldn’t. I highly recommend them.

After being upsold and overcharged by Another Repair Service in the past, I contacted SWAT when our AC stopped cooling. Based on my description of the symptoms, Todd was able to diagnose the problem over the phone, and his assessment was confirmed during the on-site inspection. I was charged significantly less than by that other repair and upsell service for similar issues in the past, and no attempts were made by SWAT to pressure me to buy anything that wasn't needed for the repair at hand.

My wife and I were young and gullible years ago and thought we were locked in with what we were told was equipment that was exclusive to that other company. SWAT now has my business for any future repairs.

Air conditioner unit was not cooling, called for service, they were at my home within the hour … fixed the problem! The technicians were polite and friendly … highly recommend
