I am extremely happy with the services provided. My a/c went out on Thursday night. It was extremely hot as usual in Texas summer. By 1:00 pm I had a great quote to replace entire system as well as smaller quote for partial replacement. I decided on entire replacement of a/c and heater. They started work before 4 on the same day and were done by 9:30 that night. In addition, they provided me with a portable cooling unit which kept me comfortable in my own home while the work was being done.

I called them Monday morning about my A/C issues, scheduled an appointment for next day. Within 24hrs guys from Gregg Air were out at my house installing a new unit. They were fast, and best A/C people I'll ever need. I'm definitely keeping their information.

I contracted Gregg Air/Emergency AC of Houston to install our new, complete AC & Heating split system for several reasons. They are a Distributor for Goodman AC systems, in particular the high efficiency 2-stage 18 Seer communicating AC & heating system, which we purchased. Their Techs are Goodman factory trained to install and service this higher technology system. From the time Tod came by to give me my quote to completed installation was less than 24 hours. The negotiated price was more than fair and beat the others hands down. Their installation was total quality workmanship; the best I've seen. Since the installation, I've had a technician out twice for very minor issues; prompt, professional same day service each time.

My sense thus far of Gregg Air - Emergency Air of Houston is that they are professional, courteous and responsive. I would definitely recommend Gregg Air - Emergency Air of Houston for your AC/Heating repairs and installation needs. Although I wasn't able to use Emergency AC of Houston, after talking with Bruce at Emergency AC, I wish I did. Not only was he extremely professional, he was completely honest, and appeared more than capable of meeting my needs for a very odd project.

As for his honesty, which I believe is extremely important in projects like these, my previous repair person with 30 years of experienced was hired to fix my ac. However, the repair person was only able to repair half of my ac problem, only to discover that I had another huge problem to pay for and that I needed it fixed ASAP. My gut instinct suggested that I was a victim of a bait and switch and I began to call around for second opinions. That's when I reached out to Bruce at Emergency AC of Houston. He informed me that he thought that someone who advertises with 30 years experience should have caught the second problem, he did not bait and switch me and that my repairman provided am extremely competitive quote after we went through the entire invoice, the prices, and labor. He then provided his expertise on how my problem can be fixed and provided a firm quote with an ASAP timeframe.

Needless to say, I was impressed by Bruce's honesty and his ability to get the job done the very next day, which would be today. Since I am dirt poor at the moment, I was forced to give up a 2 year labor guarantee for a 1 year labor guarantee, which reduced the price (unfortunately, every penny counts). Apparently Emergency AC of Houston doesn't compromise their expertise/warranty for labor and knowledge in terms of one year or two year increments. Instead, they offer double the market warranty terms of their labor compared to their competitors. There is no paying for less of a guarantee, you only get the best in the market. In other words, they fix it right the first time.

I highly recommend Bruce and Emergency AC of Houston and in the future, I hope to conduct business again with this company.

I could not have asked for a more professional team to install my new Trane system. They were on time, very responsive, knowledgeable and skilled all the way through the install.
Also, I chose this company over another company that was much closer to me and have had no regrets - People like this are very hard to find these days - So glad I went with them!

I was looking for ac unit. They quoted a better unit for half of the price the other guy did. They came out the same day to quote and finished the job the next day.

Professional and honest, they did complete replacement of my HVAC system, ducts replacement on attic and duct cleaning on the first floor.
