Bruce was exceptional, he spent time talking to me so he could truly understand what I was hoping to accomplish regarding cooling my home. Instead of pushing for an unnecessary expense for me he explained what I had done, radiant barrier, extra insulation, was the best I could do at this time.

Sales explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions with patience. Install techs were on time, very knowledgeable, and EXTREMELY courteous. These guys are professionals with the customer in mind.

Technician arrived and went straight to task. Quality workmanship, highly professional. Technician took the time to explain what step he took in order to effect repairs.

Excellent a/c service provided on short notice and half the price of other air conditioning services. Highly recommend!

Very good experience for a bad situation. Met with Tod on Sunday and had brand new system installed Monday. Price was way better than other quotes I got and Tod didn't try and oversell anything.

They did a great job 👍 installing my new unit and didn't leave till it was done. Great job!

Communication was not very good or accurate. I would not recommend them. The install of the heating and the return air was very shoddy. I will have to pay to make it not look so hideous.

I spoke with sales reps from several companies. Emergency AC gave the best price by far for a more efficient system than other companies were quoting. Emergency AC's rep Bruce was upfront and honest about what the system would be and answered all my questions. I had two HVAC systems replaced. The removal of the old and the installation of the new systems was completed in one day. The installation crew was very professional and polite.
