My experience with ACT was a very pleasant one. They came on time, no rescheduling and did an amazing job installing me and my wife's AC unit. They left no wires or parts laying around and secured everything as needed. I would definitely recommend ACT to friends and family in the future.

ACT installed my heating and A/C late last year, and responded immediately when I needed the installation before an expected cold spell. The installation was quick, and clean, without any mess around the area, and the thermostat operation was explained clearly, and totally to my satisfaction. I got the high quality filter, which keeps me from having to change filters, and with my annual service contract, I don't have any worries about what's going to happen next. Highly recommended!

Twice now ... heat stopped working on a holiday weekend and reaching a technician was impossible. Despite listing “Emergency Services”, they don’t have anyone on call 24/7. The manager said they would reimburse us for someone else to fix it ... yes, we found someone, but we have a maintenance agreement with AC Texas and they’ve proved themselves useless on more than one occasion. Stay clear, save yourself the frustration.

The sales rep was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain every option in detail. The work crew did a a great job and took the time to show me every aspect of what they did. Great Professionalism.

If you need an AC company that you can trust, look no further !
They came to my house and did 2 AC jobs, one fixed an existing outlet and also created a new outlet for the main dining! Nestor I think is the name of the rep that came and did a fantastic job!
This is from now on our AC company going further ! Hands on!

I called ACT Air Conditioning Texas because my ac was not cooling well and I had water dripping out of the pipe outside. ACT had a tech at my home within 1 hour of me calling them. Not only was very knowledgeable and even gave me every detail that he was doing with my AC, their pricing was unbeatable. I have had other companies come out and charge me ridiculous amounts of money and left me feeling completely taken advantage of, ACT will not take advantage of you! I will be calling them from here on out and referring my family and friends! Thank you ACT!

March 21, 2017. Look no longer for an HVAC company. Had a cooling problem with the A/C unit. Explained via email what my problem was in the morning and by 1230pm a company truck was in front of my house. Met Mitch at the front door with a friendly handshake.He proceeded to take off his work boots as he entered, I explained to him my warm air issue.
Turning the A/C unit on Mitch knew exactly what was wrong. He proceeded to explain to me what the problem was, how much it would cost and how long it would take. Mitch had the correct parts available on his truck and made the necessary repairs. Within an hour and a half the unit was fixed and the house began to cool down. I highly recommend this HVAC company to whomever wants a courteous, professional company to meet your heating and cooling issues.

Came out quickly and diagnosed the issue, showed me what was wrong and completed the fix. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing service.
