Mitch was great from the start! I received two other quotes from other companies and he quoted me a great price. He explained the type and rating of the a/c unit that he would install, which the other two companies did not. He also explained I could convert my ac unit to the newer freon which the other two companies claimed I could not. Overall communication and service was spot on. I will not contact anyone else to service my ac unit from now on. Great job guys and keep up the hard work!

A/C at my office was not working. They were able to schedule a professional to come out the same day. Ashley even gave me a call to tell me he was on his way. Darwin walked me through the diagnostic tests he did and after getting the parts was able to fix it! Very professional! Great customer experience! 5 stars!

ACTexas is highly recommended. Used them to inspect the HVAC system for a house I was purchasing and also my house I was selling. Technicians were prompt, thorough, and knew exactly what they were doing. They identified issues with both sets of systems that I didn't know about before which saved me a huge hassle later down the road.

Also used ACTexas to troubleshoot an issue I was having with my system. They identified a faulty part right away that was causing my upstairs system to fail. The capacitor needed to be replaced and that was it. These guys are honest and very knowledgeable so will definitely use then again .

Mitch and ACTexas were great. Had them come out for a full system replacement including a split-level zoning install for upstairs/downstairs. Mitch took a look at the existing system to understand what was in place and came up with a series of recommendations along with separate costing for each option. Pricing was very reasonable and the combination of that and the comfort I felt working with him made it an easy choice.

The installation went smoothly - Mario and his team arrived promptly in the morning and went about the removal of the old system and ran the wiring required for the thermostats needed with the zoning change. Mitch showed up later in the day to oversee the progress and to deliver the new equipment for installation. He returned later on with the zoning equipment and handled its installation and the final testing and verification that everything was working smoothly.

Can't say enough about the professionalism and quality of work - highly recommend.

I've got to say that I am shocked, pleasantly surprised, and speechless by the customer service that Mitch at AC Texas provides. I had a technician come to my house yesterday and provide service, and although he did a good job, I was provided with some incorrect information that left me very frustrated. I didn't expect any sort of resolution, but Mitch called me today to clarify what didn't go right yesterday.

I've honestly never experienced this level of customer care from an AC repair company before, and I don't know what to say.
