I used their online reservation system (it was a Sunday and not an emergency). Receptionist called me Mon morning, and she was able to get me scheduled same day. Technician arrived within the scheduled window. Johnny was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He had no issue with explaining what he was checking / repairing and letting me observe. ACTexas took care of warranty claim / paperwork. Overall I am very happy with their service and would not hesitate to call again. They were the top ranked company on the Carrier website for my area, and I see why.

I had an excellent experience with James. He is solid guy whom you can tell loves his work. Not only did he assist me with repairing my AC...on a Sunday. He gave me priceless knowledge and he wasn't even scheduled to work. I pray this work ethic stays around for years to come. Workers like James are very hard to find. Dispatcher was able to get me same day service when my air conditioning unit stopped working. Justin conducted the repair and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and honest about the issue. I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me services or equipment that was not needed. The prices were very reasonable - especially since we had the repair conducted same day! I would highly recommend this company and will be using them for all future maintenance and repairs!

Outside unit was not running . A/C Texas got it running the same day , but it stopped about an hour after he left. He came back the next morning and repaired it again. I will use them again.
