Our AC went out on a Friday night, we called Saturday, and they were out here in less than 2 hrs. Rusty Fowler was wonderful. He found the problem within 10 minutes, a capacitor. Replaced and checked everything on unit, as well as helpful tips to keep it running good. Very personable, knowledgeable, super guy. We are so happy we bought our unit from American, they are a top notch company and we would not use anyone else. Very satisfied customer. Ronald and Christine Voorhees.

Very Professional and and 5 stars to this company, I was without air for 2 1/2 days trying to find a company I could trust and not be swindled like before, some companies only want your money and don't care if you are without ac I'm so glad I found Scott with American Heating and Air they are honest and Reasonable. I work in the solar industry and there are times our clients need A/C work done or even full replacements. I refer all of my clients to American Heating and A/c and have yet to have a client go with anyone else other than them as well as they always have great reviews on the work they do. I highly recommend this company for all of your heating and cooling needs!

I had American H&A come to do an A/C tune up to my salon. The service tech Rusty called to let me know he was on his way, once he arrived got to work and checked everything. Took time to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable about his skill. Gave good recommendations without any pressure to do it immediately. I will be using them again in the future.

If you're looking for storage I suggest somewhere else. We have had one of the biggest units they offer for almost a year now and, if it wasn't so much stuff we would have left months ago. Management has very poor customer service, Jeanie the office lady always comes off as rude and rushing you off the phone, not to mention we have had a number of other problems.

First, when we rented the unit one of the doors was broken which they fix but, also damaged some of our furniture in the process. Which we were told they'd asked the repairman when confronted about it. Never offered to have it repaired or compensated. Second, I received a phone call informing us that both of our locks were cut from our unit. That we needed to replace the locks to secure our belongings as soon as possible because the gate was broken and wouldn't be fixed until Monday. We were not offered any kind of assistance in securing the unit until we could arrange to get over there. Third, the gate is always left open, it's supposed to close automatically but I personally have seen it open for a couple of days at a time. And they never feel the need to notify their customers of the problem. And lastly, the facility itself has been broken into at least three times that I am aware of, in just 2017 alone. Once again poor management, they feel they only need to notify the customers whose units were broken into. So if your unit wasn't touched this time you might not even know what happened.

American Heating & Air owns and operates both the AC company and the storage facility. Seeing how badly the storage company is managed makes me wonder about the other. Poor management, awful customer service, and an unsecured facility; need I say more?

Around 6 yrs ago American Heating and Air started taking care of our needs. Every year they come out and check our system to see that we have no problems that would cause our wonderful cold air to stop. They have always been very professional and even on the weekends they always have a smile on their face. I kinda bother them by asking crazy questions, but they always take the time to answer so I understand. The gentleman that come are very professional and I would give them a 5 star rating always and I always.

They are awesome, they have great upfront pricing with no "hidden cost" as you run across so often. Scott will work with you if he can, regardless of the situation. He is a great guy and he has awesome people working for him as well! They have been there when I needed them regardless of when or where, even in a pinch.

This is an excellent company. Very respectful guys. It was great dealing with professional people that speak English , in repair service this is a rarity. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for dependable work. I was told my price was a spring price....glad I didn't wait till summer prices.

American Heating and Air was informative, efficient and quickly and completely took care of installing our A/C unit. They are always available 24/7 for any questions or needs. I recommend them highly!
