Rudy really goes above and beyond, we have used him for over a year now after our previous repair company discontinued residential work. he is always on time, recommends cost saving fixes, is polite and knowledgeable. We had a great room with little heating or cooling in it he came up with a great solution that has resolved a long standing problem.

However most outstanding of all in the February snow freeze, one of my sons was about to leave hospital with new born babe when his heat went out, Rudy responded immediately, bringing a colleague with 4WD truck with him to make sure he got there - that's service.
