I appreciated the promptness and courtesy of Monty and John. Monty explained what he did and how the new device worked. Usually repair people are in a big hurry to leave. Monty took his time and made sure I knew how to work everything and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated that!

When I asked about the small tape receipt was told they were going paper less and it would be emailed. I will call to verify my email. Have not received it.

Humble people, great plumber and assistant, came on time on Sunday for emergency call, slightly overpriced and plumber asked for coupon if I had, a coupon or will not budge from price. They did not quote hourly rate in addition to flat fee of $50.00 for arrival, installing a shower head that we had purchased before and provided cost us total labor of $130.00 . Good company, great plumber, timely, overpriced as we do not collect coupons or haggle.

So, it all started in June of 2019. My AC went out. I called beyer, they came out fixed it and off we go. Then they had to come out again later in the summer. Now I pay the monthly service plan but still had to wait until the next morning for someone to come out while trying to sleep in an 80 degree and rising temp house. So they come out, I replace ALL the parts they suggested, good to go again. Now we get to the winter. In october I had my annual inspection to make sure everything is good. Yep, tech comes out says everything is great. The very next day nothing is working. They send a texh out, diagnoses is bad coil. Cool so I replace the coil. Same week, still not working, tech comes out and says oh they just for got to reply something in. November and December....they have been out 12 times each time its oh the last tech forgot to do this or missed this item. I will say the techs are very nice but the office is terrible. 2 days before Christmas my heater is out yet again....mind you I've asked repeatedly if everything should be replaced so we dont have to continue this nightmare. No ma'am everything is good. Ok. So 2 days before Christmas theaters out, I call the office because at this point I want a supervisor....I asked for one in the past and never got one but thought maybe the holiday spirit would encourage them to do the right thing. Nope, lady on the phone says our supervisor is out until after the holidays. I ask, you only have one supervisor for the whole company? She says yes and I'm understandably upset at this point. All I want for Christmas is my heater to work. She says they have to find a part and cant guarantee it can be fixed by Christmas. Low and behold they find the part. Tech comes out and says ok, that's the last thing it could be. Well it's not here we are a week later and I awoke to house that is 58 degrees because my heater went out. Now I pay a monthly service with all the bells.and whistles I have replace everything that they suggested and every time a tech comes out they admit its something the last person did wrong. So, what does it take to get one system working and how does a company that has such a larger presence and says "we'll bend over backwards for you" together it right? Also, I dont believe for one second that they have one supervisor for the entire company.
Techs are nice but don't expect to have reliable service or that your system will work for any length of time. I will be having them come out for the 13th time in 3 months this week.

I had three companies give me estimates. I wasn't looking for the cheapest... I was looking for the best bang for my buck!

The person (Sorry I forgot your name) who did my estimate was honest and didn't try to over-sell me anything. This guy was the only one (out of the three) who put me at ease.

The guys who installed my AC were fast, clean, careful, and courteous (To be honest I really didn't know I cared about this until I experienced it).

The equipment is doing exactly what they said it would do. I'm saving money every month, and my house is cooler... YES COOLER!!!... IN SAN ANTONIO!!!!!!
