Quality HVAC has always been very responsive and reliable. They do great work and are very trustworthy. Valerie and Ismael are very helpful and friendly. Quality HVAC are highly recommended and I will not use any other company for my my repairs in San Marcos Texas!

Quality HVAC is awesome! They nursed our old HVAC along for several years and then we finally had them install a whole new system, ducts and vents. Very professional and quality work. Always polite and on time. I completely trust them to only do needed work and not try to upsell me. They come twice a year for maintenance and cleaning. We’ve been using them over 20 years now. Highly recommend!!

I can’t say enough great things about this company! Great trustworthy people who won’t try to upsell you on stuff you don’t need. Very responsive, especially in an emergency. They nursed our 30 year old unit along until we finally had to replace it. Did a great job on installation of new system. We use the maintenance program and have biannual check ups. You can’t go wrong by choosing Quality HVAC!

Attic unit was old and not doing well. We discussed several options for the unit and the ductwork. First rate work all around. Tino doesn’t settle for good enough. If you want honest, conscientious work done right the first time, these are the folks to call.

Tino from Quality HVAC was very professional and kind. He was punctual. Texted AND called to let me know he was 20mins away! He worked quickly and answered all my questions. Tino also emailed me quotes for a new AC unit within 30mins of him leaving my house. This company and its employees went above and beyond to help me. I definitely will be using their services for future maintenence.

These guys were our assigned contractor through American Home Shield. They were supposed to call to schedule within 24-48 hours. They never called (even after six days). I emailed them. They said someone would be calling, but wouldn't schedule by email. I called them during their very limited "scheduling hours" and was on hold for an entire hour (between 7am and 8am). No one ever picked up the call. Eventually we were reassigned to another HVAC contractor. I don't know anything about their actual repair service, but their scheduling and response time is HORRIBLE.

I have been trying to contact this company and they will not answer any phone calls. To top it off I have been waiting for them to schedule the appointment for almost a week and they texted me last night at 10:30pm to tell me that the next day I was scheduled for an appointment from 3pm-8pm. Less than 24hrs notice and no one will be home over the majority of that time. They did not check if it was a good time or even ask when I would be at my house. This is highly unacceptable and all around unprofessional. When I called the next morning to try to get them to make sure the service technician would come at a later time, but I was on hold over 45 minutes and never spoke to one person the system would keep taking me back to the automated menu. If it is your businesses hours of operation I should be able to speak with someone.

This is the best HVAC company around. I have used them for residential and commercial work for over 10 years. I cannot recommend highly enough! Very honest and they do excellent work.

Good attitude by service technician who inspected my heater unit and ducts just in time for seasons first sub zero front. Thanks AGAIN to Quality HVAC & Refrigeration for years of personalized service. Merry Christmas !!
