Comfort Crew

I had Comfort Crew out today to service my A/C units. Danny, the technician showed up on time and was courteous, professional, and did great work. He did an excellent job and left the area cleaner than it was when he arrived. One of the tenants asked a question and Danny did an excellent job explaining the answer. I was impressed with the service from Comfort Crew and will be a repeat customer.

Matt B. was my service tech today and he did a fantastic job! He was very polite, professional, and courteous. He even offered to fix my weed eater! I've had this Daikin unit for almost two years and I love it. Comfort Crew always does great work and I highly recommend them.

Called Comfort Crew to establish routine HVAC maintenance for our home system. Matt B arrived right on time for our inspection and was very professional and provided excellent customer care. Matt did a thorough review of our system and went over his evaluation with my wife and I. Matt told us we have a couple items to keep an eye on but nothing that needed immediate action. Based on our initial experience we would highly recommend Comfort Crew and Matt.

I had an ongoing problem with my AC. At least 3 other HVAC companies came out over the years and they always put a Band-Aid fix on it, only to have the issue return later. I reported the issue again to my home warranty company and this time they sent Comfort Crew. I thought, great, here we go again. Comfort Crew sent Juan out the next day and he ACTUALLY FIXED THE PROBLEM!!! He showed me exactly which part was failing and why. It's been perfect ever since and that was almost a year ago. I highly recommend Juan at Comfort Crew!!

Exceptional service during my maintenance visit. Matthew Blair was on time, thorough in his inspection inside and outside, identified an issue (loose part) and promptly made the correction. Great job in preventing a future problem!

Genesis was so professional and helped me so much on the phone. Danny was quick to respond and very knowledgeable in his area. I would recommend this comfy air to anyone. :)

While I have not received a service at Comfort Crew (yet!), I am currently trying to learn all of my options and called in. I spoke to Delilah (I believe that is her name), and she explained everything to me regarding their service area (to make sure I am within range), what they do and do not service, and just the overall procedure. Thank you for making everything clear and straightforward!

Comfort Crew was such a pleasure to work with. Dealing with our home warranty was such a pain, so much back and forth and with our AC out there's only so long you can take 100+ days.

Comfort Crew stepped up and was able to get to us quick. Thoroughly diagnose the problem, and fix it within an hour.

Danny the technician was respectful of our house and time, he walked me through all of the steps and options. We were able to figure out the option that worked best for my families budget in no time.

We like Daikin AC. They have well know products. We also like this Comfort Crew. At the hot weather, our AC went down. Comfort Crew company tried their best to install the new AC system very soon. They are very professional and did great job. Our old AC foundation was too low. They did extra work to level up. We are so happy found this company and highly recommend to all they need new AC systems.

Genesis was very polite over the phone , answered all my questions and helped schedule the maintenance appointment at my home. She gave me all the information of who the tech would be and I even received a picture and tracking info on the techs arrival time.
