Comfort Crew

The Comfort Crew team, led by Eddie, are outright down-to-earth and professional. They efficiently troubleshooted our situation. When we realized we needed a new set up, they went to work for us. They found the right system for our needs and budget. From start to finish, they were thorough and always had our best interest at heart. I wish I could give Eddie and his crew more than 5 stars. Comfort Crew was assigned by AHS for an AC issue 3 months ago. Comfort Crew says it is not their problem and AHS says is it not their problem. Meanwhile absolutely nothing gets done. I deal with a lot of contractors and these folks are some of the more unprofessional and incompetent contractors that I have dealt with.

UPDATE - I received a call from the owner but he was only interested in talking about how a negative review would hurt his small business, not about his lack of customer service and communication. To be clear, I had called them numerous times prior about the service and (maybe) received one call back over the course of the 3 months that the service request was open. It gets worse - we had the repair done for under $300 by one of our vendors. There was no condenser fan motor needed, no special parts. There was a hole in a plenum and the damper for the upstairs wouldn't open. System could use new damper motors, but a quick check by a competent contractor found there were no major problems. I have no idea what Comfort Crew had diagnosed, but the system is working. So not only is the customer service and communication lacking, the actual service seems at best suspect.

Notes from HVAC tech (not Comfort Crew) from 10/3/22
"Went into attic and found open hole on one side of plenum. Checked damper operation through
hole
Found downstairs damper working fine and upstairs damper wouldn’t open
Manually opened upstairs damper and sealed hole in duct
Checked capacitors and tested unit operation"

UPDATE - to be clear, Comfort Crew left a resident without working AC for months and does not see that they have any resposibility for awful customer service. I received very minimal communication and attention until a bad review was posted. AGAIN - after three months of an AC not working, it was repaired in a couple of hours for a minimal cost. Sure home warranty companies can be difficult to deal with, but that shoud not be an excuse to provide poor, incompetent service.

Jeremy did an amazing job taking care of my system maintenance. He addressed all the questions I had and gave me some additional tips on things I had no clue about. Very knowledgeable. Very professional. I recommend Jeremy and Comfort Crew to anyone that needs HVAC maintenance or repair.

Eddie the owner and Daniel the technician were definitely the comfort crew for us! We are so grateful to both of them for their professionalism, technical skills, recommendations, diligence installing the systems, and follow up to ensure we were completely satisfied with a very quality system. With my vast experience with A/C technicians over the years for multiple homes, I can tell you there is no second choice. Principles of trust, honesty, excellence, quality, and price are so important to me. You will be so delighted once you meet them and you won't need to bother with a second opinion!!!

They were fast, professional, reasonable and awesome. Danny & Jeremy explained everything and consulted with me first before diving into the repair. I wanted to join their maintenance program for semi-annual inspections and service, count me a satisfied customer.

I have had a few different companies try and come fix my ac not one could do that till we called comfort crew and junior did an amazing job getting in and out and fix it!! Definitely recommend them
