After dealing with several companies over the last few years and replacing our entire system TWICE we finally found the best company out there. Not only did they repair our heating system during the snow storm but they came back and cleaned out all the ducts. I had an ac issue this week and they came out right away to fix it. Fabian I’d absolutely wonderful! He’s professional and explains everything they’re doing and why and I’m extremely impressed. I strongly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

We live in humble home in Spring Branch, TX 78070. We called on Ranger 3x for our Air conditioner issues. So, I am talking truth when I say The receptionist, in our opinion was never forthright in setting up our appointments! 3x's she gave us 8:30+ am 🚫 , HAD to call 3 or 4 times to find out where the electrician was, NEVER showed up the first call, 2nd call never showed up until LATE afternoon, the 3rd Time we had to cancel because he never showed up even when we called the office many times (giving us the run-around!! Horrible company, No integrity and "they could care less! I guess , in my opinion "high" money clients comes first. What ever happened to "first come first serve?"

Rangers Heating and AC are responsive, efficient and friendly.
We had issues with our AC unit late Sunday evening. The dispatcher helped us scheduled an appointment for the next day at their earliest time available. Noel, the technician came out and accessed the situation and fixed all the repairs in reasonable time. Thank you again guys!!!

I have nothing but great things to say about Ranger. The technician was early to the appointment and treated our home with respect. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. My favorite thing was his transparency. He showed me everything that needed to be done. We will definitely go back to Ranger in Universal City.

They are always very responsive when I have problems with my AC. Noel showed up and replaced the failed part and got the system up and running in no time. With typical Texas weather these guys are the company that you can rely on and you need to have their number in your phone.
