I got to know this company 2 years ago when one of my rental property HVAC system didn’t work. I called multiple companies and Ranger was the one who I choose to hired as their service was fast and efficient. Their price was reasonable and very honest about what was wrong with the system. Then they offered me a yearly maintenance package which covers twice a year for tune up and clean the HVAC and heating system. As I am a landlord, I need a company who I can trust to maintenance all of my properties so I signed up the package with them. They reminded me when the time comes for services. The technician was very thorough and explained the issue to me in an understandable way. He corrected the problem quickly and efficiently.

They were very fast to respond and getting to my house. Noel was very knowledgeable and showed me exactly what was wrong and explained how it could be fixed. Noel was great! I originally called him out for a simple job, but it was bigger than that. He took the time to explain everything to me and my wife, explained all the options, answered all of our questions and worked with us to get the right information for us so we could make a decision. They came out quickly to install our new AC unit, they ensured everything was running properly. There was an issue with a part, something that wasn’t their fault, but he left and got the part and came back the same day to install it and make sure everything was running great. I totally recommend Rangers and will not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends and I will use them again for any AC or heating needs.
