Pinnacle Aire

Old republic insurance company uses these guys. Very dissatisfied with customer service. Took almost a month for a simple repair on our a/c system. Richard blamed the insurance company for the delay; not true. They can approve repairs within a few minutes. Will never ever use them again with or without insurance!

Richard (Pinnacle Aire) came to my house several times (often late) and ultimately did not fix our heating. He said he fixed it, but it still did not work. He was paid but the work was not completed. Lack of professionalism all around. When asked to help remedy the problem, he displayed a poor attitude. I would not recommend Pinnacle Aire.

Best experience EVER!!! Pinnacle was able to help us out within a few hours. They were prompt efficient and reasonably priced! Will definitely add them to our preferred service companies!
