    Richard is the owner and I was very impressed with his Professionalism and the high quality of work his company did. I had a whole system installed Heating and Central Air and pricing was very reasonable. I am extremely satisfied with the installation and how quickly they completed the work.

    I was put in contact with Pinnacle through my Home Warranty. Initially he was responsive during the work assessment phase but then didn't answer my calls, texts, or voicemails after I called to clarify work that he was going to charge me. He ultimately dropped the work order and didn't even notify me, eventhough he accepted the job. It has been two weeks and I still have no AC and now I have to wait for another company to do the work that he assessed. Completely un professional! A simple text letting me know could of saved me some time.

    This company was contacted by our home warranty company. The day we called them they returned our call as soon as they could that same day, set appointment for the next day. Ordered the required part, set appointment came and installed as promised. Highly recommend Pinnacle Aire for your needs related to heating and AC.

    Richard was very informative on the process of having to go through our warranty company to replace our AC unit and made sure we were clear on all repairs. All techs were polite, professional, and respectful of our property. Richard explained the warranty after installation. We will definitely use them in the future.

    I had to use them because it was thru my home warranty with fidelity national home warranty. They did not seal the back of the unit so l had insulation, and dust going thru my entire house for months and got me and family really sick. I just hired a local hvac company to come seal the unit pinnacle air just installed in the late July. Also, one of their workers had a tantrum right in front of my garage and and started throwing the insulation material against my driveway. It was all caught on security surveillance cameras.

    They never completed the job they just invoiced the worst warranty fidelity home warranty. They support that has the worst rating 1.9 for many years. They charged me without fixing the job. They are impatient and unprofessional on the phone. I was scheduled for later time but showed up early. They do not follow up on their job completion or call the customer that they left. But they are so quick to invoice the worst warranty company fidelity warranty. Find another service provider.

    Customer service was horrible!!! The manager has a "I could care less" attitude and was very inconsiderate. He did not properly install a condenser, he placed it in a cardboard box and put it into the unit. Yes, he placed a cardboard box into an electrical panel and closed it. He dropped screws down into the unit and never even looked twice. He left parts out that go inside of the unit along with damaging a portion of the outside screen and now my unit rattles. He attempted to fix it and then just said oh well it's fine and left. As he was walking out of my gate told me we got you all fixed up. He never once even checked inside to make sure that the AC was properly working. Just got in his vehicle and left.

    Richard and his son were great. I was at my wits end with my A/C not working properly. Pinnacle/Richard, came out and assessed the situation and I am a very happy and cool customer. Thank you Richard and son for your patience and understanding.

    Incorrect diagnostics. Poor communication skills. Mr. Richard even suggested to get a second opinion- took his advice. Other A/C company found the problem within 2 minutes.
    Will not recommend this company.

    Great customer service. This business is locally owned & family operated. Mr. Richard Trevino (owner) explained the problem & was able to repair the issue. He let me know the cost up front & walked me through 2 options on the repair. I ended replacing the whole part that was damaged. I appreciated his service & will recommend him to anyone!
