I had contacted three other people regarding my AC system and the communication and follow through was terrible. ONE call to Jacob and his guys at My Favorite Service and my AC was repaired and working within a few days! They worked with me with scheduling and they sent a text or gave a phone call every step of the way. Fantastic people! Thank you to Gonzalo and Albert who were so professional and kind!

Our HVAC system wasn’t cooling properly. MFSC had a tech out the next day and was actually 30 mins earlier than the scheduled time which was awesome. The tech Gonzalo was very professional and knowledgeable. He had our system up in running in no time.

Jacob was thorough in explaining the process and equipment and explained all the options. Fabian and David installed the unit and did a very professional job.

Noel was very personable and professional. Was able to come out the same day and service the ac. Would definitely use again!

My unit stopped cooling on a Tuesday evening , I called first thing Wednesday morning and there was a technician at my home before noon that day. The unit requires coil replacement, the owner check first with the manufacturer to see if under warranty, then searched to find a coil build to fit the unit . This company is amazing , prides themselves on customer service and boy did they deliver !!!! Thank you

Would highly recommend this company. Technician (Kevin) did a great job of explaining the process and did a thorough job of cleaning the ducts and checking the entire system for any issues. Would definitely use them again
