Infinium is a great quality and trustworthy company. Chris and his staff were highly knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They went above and beyond to complete the full install the same day, replacing both heater and AC within the day, even replacing piping home builder did not have up to standards. Chris also gave us a follow-up call next day to ensure all was running excellent. Looking forward to Infinium doing addition work in our home in the future.

I don't think I've ever met an a/c repairmen that was more down to earth, honest, and punctual. I run a busy office and was expecting the worst when my air conditioner suddenly stopped working. Chris had us back in "the cool" in no time! I found the excellent service to be very reasonably priced as well. We just found our permanent a/c company.

I'm very picky about customer service and these guys did fantastic. I had a horrible experience with Total Home Protection (home warranty) who had contracted this company out, but the warranty company was so unorganized. I finally just dropped them, and Infinium offered to come out and fix my heater for free because of all the trouble I went through with THP. They showed up right on time, was kind, professional, and fixed my heater within 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend them to any of my family and friends.
