The customer service has been amazing. We felt confident that this was the right company to help us get our AC replaced when home warranty fell through. They were efficient and got to our project immediately. David and Fabian who installed the replacement were very respectful of our home, answered all our questions, and gave us great advice on the upkeep of our new system. Their service has been a great find and we will continue to use them for other needs too.

From the moment I contacted the company for emergency repairs, they were prompt and professional. The technician Gonzalo Manza was very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. He was swift to identify the root cause of the problem and very professional in giving advice for a course of action. The repairs were swift even though he was working alone. He made it look easy for a job that I know requires at least two people to complete. I’m very impressed and please with his work ethic and professional attitude.

Fabian is a true professional. He was clean, thorough, kind and understanding and when finishing, he made sure that everything was work is as it should.

I called My Fav Service Company late on 6/27 our AC wasn’t coming on. Owner called us that night spent 30 min on the phone with us and got us on the list for the next day. Showed up the next day and got it up and running, spent the time to make sure it was up and running before leaving. I will use this company going forward. We have had someone come out 3 times with ZERO solutions or fixes. I reached out to My Favorite Service Company and they came out SAME day. They were VERY polite and thorough. Explained everything to us and FIXED our issue. Our air is blowing more than it has before, and our house has been colder than it’s ever been. Just in time for summer! Gonzalo Manzo who came to repair my AC was very professional, he explained me very well what went wrong and came up with good plan. The company was very reponsive and came on time which was nice of them. They have even said they will come to check with in couple weeks just to check if everything is working fine. My 30 year old AC finally went kaput. My Favorite was open and honest. Gave me quotes to repair my old system or get a new one. At the end of the day, it worked better for me to get a new one. From beginning to end the Service was awesome. Their communication was excellent. They worked diligently and efficiently to get the old system out and a the new one in. The crew was amazing. I also had them clean my ducts while they were here. Mine were terrible. They did an outstanding Job. I cant say enough. I will definitely them again. You won't be disappointed.

Wow can't say enough on how amazing this company is!! We highly recommend!! They follow up , follow through the send text notifications throughout day on when they will arrive. The staff is excellent on fixing every item we have needed repaired. Pricing is great & customer service is 100 percent . We will use them for all of our rental properties & personal home for all future needs.
