Aramendia Plumbing, Heating and Air

Tony did an excellent job for us doing preventative maintenance on our gas furnace and air conditioning system. He was very thorough and answered all my questions and explained what he was doing and why it was important. I will be name requesting him for the next service call!

Thank you Wade and Steve for prompt response and fix our long time water leak in our main pipe outside of our house. Wade and Steve were very courteous, efficient, and take their time to explain what was wrong and what they did to fix the problem. But mostly, gave us fair price. Sorry, I did forget about using Aramendia in the past and used two other companies for other problems before and it wasn't cheap, l mean 'other two companies WEREN'T CHEAP!'

What great service by Jim. He was amazing and I learned so much from Jim. He changed all the filters. He blew drain out with nitrogen and water. He checked the outside units and cleaned them. One of the filters was up attic and one was upstairs. He checked everything and totally did such an amazing job. I hope he is available for the next time we need service.

We had our air conditioner serviced this afternoon by Aramandia Air and Heating. Derek was the serviceman who responded and he took care of the issues we were having with our air conditioning unit. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Any future services with our heating or air conditioner we will call Armandia and request Derek.

BEWARE they will put a Lien on your Property when you have an A/C unit installed.
They will also put you on a 10 year Contract but only come out once a Year! The equipment will NEVER be yours! It’s leased after you pay for 10 years, they will charge you up to $20k for the equipment to force you to renew or charge you up to $1k for them to come and take their equipment back their A/C from your house!
In total I will be forced to pay up to $50k for an A/C when I could have gone to Lowe’s and Purchased my own equipment and had it installed for 80% less than what they are charging! I
Also if you try to get out the contract, you will be forced to pay up to 96% of the total amount.

I want to give a shout out to Chris E and Nick. They both were so professional and so nice and courteous. Had an issue with water draining on the floor, in area where we have the washer, water heater and water softener. They figured it out so quickly, took care of it and also gave us estimate for new toilet. Definitely will use Aramendia again. Thank you so much for helping us. Also your office staff that answers the phone is so nice also.

As always the crew was friendly and thorough. Chris was our plumbing technician and Ruben G was the A/C technician. I will be continuing with our annual maintenance services.

I will NEVER use another company again. We had a severe issue last weekend. Coming out on a weekend you would think you would be charged double and that's not how it happened. They were very reasonably priced. Carlos Medellin came out and let me tell you how wonderful he was! I will not let anyone else work on my home but him. He was out of this world amazing, respectful and so so helpful. So if you have plumbing, or HVAC issues give them a call!!!!!!

I'm very pleased with Jeremy. He was thorough in servicing both the inside and outside units, and he was extremely courteous when explaining what he was doing. I plan on requesting him on our next service request.

Water heater replacement. Christopher Posada checked out heater after replacing water softener. Went thru my options and gave me a bid for replacement. When water heater went out unexpectedly it was so easy to call it in and he was out the following day. Did an awesome job! Now my go to plumber.
