Aramendia Plumbing, Heating and Air

We became Advantage Members a few days ago. After viewing the options with Jean and Terry, we chose the Platinum 20 Series. They explained that system throughly to us and they were both pleasantly professional. “Kudos” to both of them. They were great and they left us with no doubts about our purchase. They had our new system scheduled for the next morning.
Marcelo & Mark showed up at the designated time and went straight to work. They were both hard working and got the installation done in time to have a cool house for that evening.
Hopefully, you will pass this “Big Thanks” to all of them. What a great crew!

Eric was so professional, competent and fixed the issue right away! He was also great about explaining everything to me, and making sure to let me know his manager would be following up with me! Always great service with Aramendia!

I’ve used Aramendia before and have always received good service. Had a plumbing issue most recently and the technician they sent, Marcos Gonzales, was very good! He was on time, responsive, did an excellent job of explaining the issue and how it could best be repaired before doing so. Great mannerisms and professionalism as well. I’ll be sure to request Marcos specifically when in need of future repairs.

110% happy with the service and plumbers sent to our home. Purchased the annual maintenance contract, which includes draining/flushing the water heater and testing the plumbing throughout the house. Ended up needing a minor repair for which a discount was given due to the annual contract. Asked a question about my french drain; and they were able to take care of that too! David Sanchez and his assistant were professional and friendly. Will gladly have them back for any service in the future!

I called Aramendia at 8 a.m, we had an emergency with a water line. We were assured they could help and they were here by 9:30 a.m. that same morning. Kristian and his helper, working out of Truck #160, were amazing! We needed help, they effortlessly fixed the problem with professionalism, courtesy, inexpensively and in a timely manner, super impressive!

Ryan & Travis, Art & George were very professional, thorough, and expedient. They installed our equipment with care and gave us detailed instructions about our 2 new systems. They answered all questions and cleaned the areas before leaving. I highly recommend them if you are looking for quality services!

Eric came out to the house today when our AC unit was giving us problems. The fact that he was able to come out today was great already but he also was able to tell us exactly what was wrong. He was very knowledgeable and genuinely seemed to care about helping us out. Definitely recommend.

Chris and Tim were GREAT!!!! They installed our new kitchen faucet, replaced the leaky faucets for the washing machine, and installed the washer and new gas dryer for us. I'm SO happy with them. AWESOME SERVICE....AWESOME GUYS. . .AWESOME WORK!!!! Thank you very much

Our AC went out with the heatwave the day before we have family visiting.
Called 10 companies and Aramendia was the only one able to squeeze us in today.
Can’t thank Josh and Ruben enough for saving us today! Both were very professional and resolved the issue quickly.

We had Aramendia come out to our new home to inspect and assess our heating and cooling system. Jean and Jose were extremely thorough…documenting all of their findings with photos and videos as well as in writing. Once they were finished…Jean offered to return later that evening to go through all of their findings…at which time we decided to replace the entire system. He went above and beyond, staying at our house until almost 8:30pm to discuss all options and make sure that we were satisfied with the plan moving forward.

Louis, Gus, Chris, Sal, & Travis were the crew that handled the installation of a brand new dual-zone heating and air conditioning system. From the moment they showed up until the moment they left, they were the definition of courteous and professional. The communication was perfect. They arrived on-time and gave a thorough explanation of everything they were going to do throughout the day. Their craftsmanship and customer service were second to none. They took the time to explain everything once the job was complete. They thoroughly tested every aspect of the system and took the time to walk us through how to properly operate and maintain everything. They finished by cleaning up so you would never even know they were there. It was a huge project…and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We give Aramendia and their entire staff the highest rating and recommendation possible.
