I bought a whole system AC after the one I had started to fail. I had an issue with the breaker and the team took care of it as well. Rosemary the customer service dispatch lead has always taken care of me. A shout out to the tech manager as he jumped into action to take care of my breaker. Issues always happen.... it's how a company responds to make it right and Aramedia never disappoints. They are my go to for plumbing cooling and heating.

Anthony and Kelly were very professional and laid out all the options for my HVAC repairs. They did a very thorough investigation and even made sure to provide portable AC units to make everyone comfortable. Absolute stellar service. Will definitely use them again.

We just had such an amazing experience, so amazing I felt compelled to share it! Our air conditioner unit was not coming on at all this morning outside and we knew it wasn’t going to be long before it was 95° in our home. Aramendia sent Terry C. over to our home incredibly quickly and he was able to get our home cold again. (Simple inexpensive Motor replacement)he was a super friendly, professional and knowledgeable person and we are incredibly grateful for the prompt Service as I have two young children, a 15-month-old and a pregnant wife that I’d hate to see uncomfortable. Great team with surprising honesty and fairness! Will highly recommend and will use again for sure if needed!

Aramendia sent Eric Willett out on a Sunday afternoon to fix our AC unit. He replaced the capacitor and now the house already feels cooler. He also made sensible recommendations for long-term maintenance care that I will definitely take into consideration. I got my hot water heater replaced and got a much better hot water heater. The quality and experience I got was wonderful .👏 The technician name was Fred and he went far and beyond in customer service along with his helper. Very professional, kind, and respectful. Had a big water leak leading out to the street. Called and spoke to Mary to set an appointment. Turns out it was my PR VALVE and was taken care of by Marcos And Toby. They were professional, courteous and respectful of my concerns and property. They did an amazing job and were efficient. I highly recommend them and Aramendia!
