The office staff are so friendly, as are the technicians. They take the time to listen and, they fully explain everything. They even stopped to pet my dogs! The technicians arrive promptly.
The technicians were very knowledgeable; they gave me some great tips I wish I knew of years ago and made sure all my questions were answered before leaving my home! I had a new AC installed the next day--thanks for the great service guys!

Bryan from Airtegrity has been such a pleasure to work with. After getting a ridiculously expensive quote from another company, Airtegrity gave us a very reasonable price for replacing and repairing our systems. I really trust that they have our best interest in mind and not just turning a profit. The best part to me is how responsive they are, and spend as much time as needed to help you, without making you feel rushed or like you're being swindled. I will definitely use them from now on. Not only do they provide a service, but they then provide a follow-up afterwards just to make sure there are no outstanding issues and the work was done exactly how it should have been. Highly recommend!

They have set the standard and have secured my business, for as long as I own a home in San Antonio. I have been literally robbed by contractors, in the past. We were having our foundation repaired and the foundation company hit an AC line in the slab. The foundation company called Airtegrity out to look at the job and agreed to pay us half of the repair cost for the job. Airtegrity scheduled the work, missed the first appointment (did not call or anything), rescheduled for the next day, showed up and said they could not complete the work that they had already came out to review and quote us on, scheduled a "supervisor" to come out and review, rescheduled the job because now the could complete the job and finally came out and completed the work. Originally scheduled to be completed on a Tuesday and finally completed on Saturday. Not a big time difference except for I had workers waiting on them to be done at a cost of $400 per day. So the extra wasted time cost me more than freaking repair job! I could not in good faith recommend them because of their poor customer service.
Response to the Response: We understand that your people misquoted the job and even appreciate the fact that more urgent issues concerning homes where people are actually living came up. This still does not change the fact that you missed the appointment and did not call or message to let us know that the appointment would not be made. That is all it would have taken.
