I went to the home advisor site to see who they recommended for A/C repair. The first one to respond was Airegrity Comfort Solutions. One of the nice things was I could book my appointment on line. You get a choice of times. Then something came up and I had to change my appointment to later that day, they were flexible and worked with me. The repair guy came and was professionally dressed with name tag and picture to I.D. On the name tag. He also went right to work on the problem on the A/C unit. Going up into the hot attic dumping the water out of the vac four times to get rid of the extra water that was going out the over flow by the ceiling by the back door patio.The hoses were plugged not allowing the furnace to cool. After that was fixed, he checked the fan unit to see if it was ok, it turned out to be alright. He was very respectful, putting everything back in place. I would highly recommend Airegrity comfort Solutions. I will also tell my friends and neighbors about them. I will use them again when I need service.

The AC at our rental property went out and we called three places. Airegrity gave us the best price. Gabriel and Daniel from Airegrity came out on time did a fantastic job installing the new AC unit even Sent us pictures of the finished job site. These are the guys you can trust to fix your AC or heating units.

Frank with Airtegrity did a wonderful job servicing our HVAC units. He arrived on-time, was detail oriented, and took the time to explain the issues and answer our questions. We would hire again.

It was a terrible experience. Someone shows up to give us a quote on fixing our duct work, “takes a video of it” in the attic and states he has to turn it in to the office to get a quote....a week or so goes by and I don’t hear back. When I call them inquiring about the quote they stated there was some confusion on their end but they would call me back this evening with a quote. I never heard back from them. So frustrating to take time out of my day for nothing. I guess they are selective with their services. The service guy that came to inspect the duct work was acting very suspicious on top of that. I would never allow him back into my home. I had the impression he was casing the house and he even asked what my normal work hours were and when I usually get home. Seriously?

I purchased my AC 4 Months ago. I don't think they have a 24 hour emergency service as purported by their chat site. I was without air the entire night. Had I known that they weren't coming soon I would have rented a hotel. The repairman was very courteous and knowledgable. The housecall was not charged as I had anticipated.

Francisco came out and took time to explain all the options they had to offer. And Brian is very helpful, responds promptly when we need anything.

Very satisfied with the service. Tech was on prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Serviced my AC quickly which is great when you have many plans for the weekend. I highly recommend Airtegrity.
