The professional who was sent over, Josh Baker, was super knowledgeable and fixed the problem with my inside unit. He was super nice, professional, amiable and found and fixed the problems right away. He also presented solutions to all the questions my husband had via text. Husband was in meetings but Josh was able to answer all his questions. He was so patient. Aire Serve, please continue to hire professionals and wonderful techs as Josh Baker. I have dealt with other Aire Serve employees and let me tell you, all of your people are so nice!! Also, a shoutout to Annette in the office. She was super nice, funny and sweet. She was able to work with my time schedule and so was Josh.

My review keeps on getting removed, the technician came to repair my condenser and told me that I have to replace my air handler without getting inside my home, I got the condenser section replaced by another contractor and the inside unit is perfect

We called to have the AC unit looked at because of water in the overflow pan. Our tech, Chance, checked the unit and found the problem. Before he performed any work he gave us a couple of options along with the price for each option. We really appreciated having an honest, conscientious tech who did not try to push one option over another and allowed us to choose the best option for us. I would highly recommend calling Aire Serv for your HVAC needs. They are the only HVAC service company I've worked with that are focused on customer needs first.

this is a second report. Chance came out to my house once again to handle a problem and do the yearly AC maintenance. he had put in a Google smart thermostat about 6 months ago at that time Chance took all the time I needed to learn how to use the system
this time I needed him to double check and be sure I hadn't mistakenly set it to a temperature that was just too low at night. as always Chance took his time check everything and then reported back to me in detail. this young man has a great deal to be proud of. he is always kind considerate professional I always look forward to seeing him at my house. This is the first time I have used Aire Serv. I have to admit, I was not familiar with the company prior to my air condenser unit failing. I was actually waiting to get my vehicle brakes checked and was on the phone calling various HVAC repair companies to try and get someone to go to my house to assess the issue. I was not having any luck, when another customer overheard me on the phone. He mentioned that Aire Serv is his go to for cooling and heating maintenance/repair and he spoke very highly of Aire Serv’s expertise, response time, and reasonable pricing. So, I decided to take a chance! And I was so glad I did! I had a great experience with Aire Serv! Starting with their customer call center who took my initial request and understood the urgency, to Charley Baker the repair technician who came to the house that same evening to assess the issue, to their office administrator who made sure my inquiries were quickly addressed, and especially to Chance Marquez the repair technician who literally spent several hours working at my home to make sure we weren’t without cool air another night! From my experience, Aire Serv has assembled a great team of employees!
