I had another vendor that was recommended but the quote just didn't sit well with us. So, on a random Wednesday, I posted the project on Angi's at about 5pm or 6pm. I received a call from William, the owner at about 8pm and he said they could come the next day to review and provide a proper quote. He is a man of his word, was here on time, him and his assistant Trenton,. No one else called that evening. His quote was over $1800 LESS than the other guy. What others are charging you extra for, it is included in the EXCELLENT SERVICE that Mr. Air Repair provides. And, he said that they could start that Friday and the job would take 2 days and they would arrive at 9am. Started on time each day and finished on time and on budget. Trenton was great to work with and we enjoyed how both William and Trenton took time to explain the process and the what and why of what they were doing. They are a family business that takes care of your family and not trying to overcharge you for what you do not need. Call Mr. Air Repair for your next project, you will NOT be disappointed.

I was very impressed with Mr. Air Repair! William (the owner) was extremely professional and courteous. He checked out our unit and answered all my questions. I chose to get the service contract and was able to pay for the year in advance rather than month to month with no issue. Looking forward to our winter check up. Great company

Trenton came on time and quickly diagnosed the problems with my a/c, providing a much needed temporary fix. This was followed the very next day by William and his staff who completely replaced my 17 year old system in about 8 hours. Very professional, very courteous and very reasonable price wise. Would definitely recommend them!

Found company on Thumbtack app, they responded within 10 minutes to my message. I was able to get same day service and a 3 hour window I could expect my technician to arrive. I received a call 45 minutes before the technician would arrive. The technician showed up on time and took a look at our A/C system which wasn't working. He diagnosed the problem and got us back up and running quickly.

I suggest checking out their membership program which includes discounts on service and maintenance checks to prolong the life of your equipment.

I'm glad that I found Mr. Air Repair on Thumbtack. Everyone I interacted with from this company was friendly and professional. I will continue to use and recommend this company to friends and family.

Super impressed since day one! When we moved into our new house, the wife and I noticed the AC wasn’t working. Every company I reached out to was booked and couldn’t come out, but Mr. Air Repair answered their phones professionally and was able to come out the same day! Will found the problem and convinced us to replace our old unit, which was the best idea, and they did an amazing job.

Will and Trent were the most professional, courteous and wonderful AC repair professionals I have ever used. They were prompt, even early if you believe that, and solved our AC needs. They were knowledgeable and explained the issues where I finally understood what was wrong and how to proceed. Their prices are extremely reasonable too. Great family owned business! We were fortunate to meet William on a home warranty call, and he took care of our claim and provided excellent customer service on top of it. We now have Mr. Air Repair out a couple times a year for regular maintenance of the system. It is great peace of mind knowing our AC won’t go out in the middle of a North Texas August again, and that if anything does happen, we have great people to take care of us. These guys are the best!!
