Neal's Heating & AC

I was referred to Neal's Heating & AC by a friend of mine and i am sure glad i gave them a call, Jessie came out quickly and got us a quote for the replacement/installation of new AC/Heating and duct work. IT was very reasonable and decided to have them come do the job. (After the first estimate from another company just dragged their feet while i was cooking in my home)

They had me scheduled very quickly just a week later and that's when Arturo and his crew (Noey & G) came out to put it all in.

They did amazing work each person was friendly and all of them explained different things i asked about. (I asked a lot of things)

All and all 10/10 from me. i'd recommend Neal's Heating & AC to Any/Everyone who needs their services. I can't say enough good things about them. - Thank you!

I came to Neal's after a not-so-good interaction with another HVAC repair/installation company. Neal's sent out someone to give me information on my current system and gave me multiple quotes based on what I wanted to do.

After accepting their quote, they came out on a Saturday morning (I had been without heat since that Monday and temperatures were dropping into the 20's). The removal, installation, and cleanup only took from 9AM-2PM and looks incredible. Finally, they took the time to go over every part of their installation and ensured I understood the operation, maintenance, and warranty for everything.

I used another HVAC company prior to Neal’s and I felt like they were trying to sell me a new system more than fix the minor issue I currently had. I reached out to Neal’s after that visit for a work quote, it was reasonable and they could get it done quickly. Our tech showed up during the scheduled appointment window and completed all of the work efficiently while educating me about what was wrong. 100% recommend using them and they’ll be my go-to in the future.

I called Neal’s when 13 years old condenser unit failed on Thursday by Saturday afternoon I had a completely new system (aside from ductwork and copper lines). Jesse showed up the day of the initial call to walk me through the options which was great, especially when your AC is down!

The reason for the new system was a combination of age and all the bandages that had already been applied to the equipment over the years. Also, the 6K price seemed reasonable for the proposed equipment quality level and quick schedule turnaround.

Jesse, Noe, and the install team worked quickly, quietly, and paid a lot of respect to my home and belongings. They wore masks while inside, laid tarps down the work pathway, and cleaned after themselves when the work was done.

It has only been a few days, I’m still getting used to the amazing effectiveness of the new equipment!

Will recommend and do business with Neal’s in the future. The installers seem to enjoy the work they do and the company which makes for a great customer experience.

Honest company that gives it to you straight the first time. They were able to fix my issue (capacitor) but stressed that because my unit is OLD (and it REALLY is), we need to replace the whole system sooner rather than later. We will definitely be going with their services soon, once we have the 💰💲 to pay for it!!!

Jesse Lyon and his crew from Neal's Heating & AC came out and replaced my HVAC system. They were very responsive, professional, on time, and they got the job done on schedule. I had several companies bid on the job and Neal's seemed the most honest and the price was competitive. Very satisfied!

I had contacted Chris when one of my property's AC went off line. Of the several vendors that I contacted, Chris was the most responsive and had his technician Arturo out on site the same day to access the damage. He was prompt to provide a competitive quote and quick to schedule a time where it was convenient for my tenant.
The install had to be moved a couple of times due to issues with unforeseen circumstances from the tenant and Chris was very understanding and rescheduled without complaint.
Arturo and his crew were on time, professional, and absolutely fantastic throughout the entire install process. They were patient to explain the the hows and whys in addition to doing their job.
I have never had the pleasure of working with such professionals and will recommend this company without hesitation to everyone I know.

The Best Contractors in Austin Area. Very Honest.Professional.They are replaced my AC unit and did really good job. Strongly recommend. Don’t waste your time with other companies. This guys are Legit.10/10 stars.

One of our HVAC units stopped working, 22 years old so we knew it was just a matter of time. Neal's team came by the next day and helped us to determine the best options for our home. Two days later Neal's team arrived on time and within 5 hours our new system was installed, running and cooling our home.
Neal's team definitely puts care into their work and left things much better than they found them. Exceptional quality install work both inside and outside included replacement of the cement slab outside and new boards in the interior closet.
They made sure that all my questions were answered and I knew how to run the thermostats. The whole team was professional, showed care for our home and all of us. Thank you!
