Really appreciated Chris, Arturo, and everyone else I interacted with. Our AC/furnace had been out for a couple of weeks, and after a few astronomical quotes, Chris was straightforward, no nonsense, knowledgeable, and professional. His team came out same day to provide a thorough quote and next day for an installation. (We were lucky that November is a quieter period in the HVAC world.) Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a complete system install.

Arturo was fantastic!! Efficient, quick response, professional and best of all we have our AC back at a very reasonable price! Great job guys!!

We had a great experience with these guys. Chris Neal gave me by far the most competitive quote on a new Carrier 4 ton installation job. Arturo, Noe, and Gershom came out a few days later and knocked the job out in a half day. They were on time, professional, and took the time to explain all the work they did.

I’ll also mention that another duct cleaning company came and quoted me 1600 bucks to clean the “mold” that they had found. Arturo came to give a second opinion free of charge (this is before we had even signed a contract to work with them). He said it was actually just dust and mildew, no mold, and no deep cleaning required. Saved me 1600 with a quick visit. Honesty is hard to find these days and these guys have it!

June, 2023 update : My first review of NEALS was over 2 years ago when our new AC systems were installed. Today I had our first need for service. It was amazing ! Here we are in the middle of record temps and because we had bought the system from Neal's, we are preferred customers. Arturo was at my house and my system was up and running only 8 hours after I spoke with Chris; and BTW: Chris actually answered the phone at 6 a.m. it just made me feel like they were really concerned and looking out for us. Many people need to wait days for service. So, that was the update post. Here is the original post that I put up a little over two years ago when our systems were installed: Well, if you are trying to decide what company to use and what advice to take when it comes to HVAC here is all you need to know: Neal's Heating & AC. Why ? Well : in the past I was a long term and very firm customer of a large HVAC company , but after having interacted with Chris Neal I realized that I had been missing the element of personalization and direct contact with the company owner. Another consideration is that when you deal with a very large service company you are also usually going to deal with a little less quality control and a little more expenses . It made a big difference to me to be able to speak with the owner of the company. The fact that he is responsive and knowledgeable is a huge plus as well . We are loving the system that Chris Neal recommended and installed, and look forwards to years of trouble free heating a cooling !

Arturo is a great asset to your company. He is knowlegeable, and professionable, and we know whom to call next time we need A/C service.

Very impressed. I've been using Neal's Heating for maintenance for a few years with no complaints at all! Very professional. Great communication. Always on time. They replaced my entire 12 year old system today. 5-star ratings the whole way. No sales tactics or pushy sales in choosing the replacement unit. Crystal clear communication throughout the entire install, before and after. Very friendly and experienced crew did the install. They entertained all of our questions during the install. After the install, they double checked their work, gave us an introduction to our new equipment, walked us through next steps and cleaned everything before they left!!! Thanks again for the superb service! Having an AC company we can trust during the TX heat means a lot!

I recently moved into an older home. My HVaC was pretty old. I had a lot of different companies come out and give me bids for repair and replace. I would say hands down Neals Heating and AC have the best Value and customer service. They came in lower than every bid and offered more services for my money. I also just felt like I could trust them. Chris and Arturo , G and whole team (I stink with names) thank you for the system and giving me some peace of mind . They were mindful while on property and cleaned up before they left.

They also were nice to my dog and cat, which helps :). And to add, it’s really hard sometimes when you are single woman trying to figure this stuff out and I really felt like 1)they are trustworthy 2)took the time to explain things to me and did it a kind and non condescending way (THANK YOU) ! Ladies you are in good hands!
