Neal's Heating & AC

I used their services twice. The first time was that call you never want to make: broken ac during the summer. They were fast, very professional and the price was fair. Jesse was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He informed us that the company had a maintenance plan at a reasonable cost and we decided to give it a shot. Here we go again on our second visit, this time for our first schedule tune-up for the winter. Once again we had the pleasure to receive a visit from Jesse. He was thorough and made sure to explain in clear terms what he was doing on that visit. Absolutely recommend this team!!

They were so quick to respond..very professional, installed new system in 2 days, hauled the old stuff away and did not leave a mess. Explained everything and very trustworthy.

I contacted Chris earlier this week and he spoke with me explaining the options and his recommendations. He explained that there was no need for him to come out as they have been doing this for years and he quickly quoted me a very reasonable price.
I agreed and I soon met Jesse who reviewed my house and the install so they would have all the details they needed for the work. Jesse was very knowledgeable and professional and I was soon set up with an appointment for later in the week for the install
On the installation day Arturo and his team arrived right on time. They quickly got to work on removing the old system and installing the new. Everyone on the team explained things to me as I passed them by and I never needed to ask anything. They each took the time to fully explain things and it was clear they all were very experienced and knew exactly what they were doing.
I have had many people come to my house over the years however Jesse, Arturo and the team really stand out as a group of highly professional and talented individuals. They know exactly what they are doing and they take the time to do a great job and ensure that I understood everything.

Neal's A/C insured quick repairs, & met that in under 50 hours from the initial phone call !
With one visit , they came back with my parts ( a motor ) 1 1/2hr . They installed it in under a half hour , & proved it's repair immediately .
Neal's A/C assured me good products & good results , & they kept their word on all of it !

Longtime customer, usually great work. AC went out late Saturday afternoon so I put in a call and left a message on Saturday evening. Tried again on Monday during normal business hours, owner blurted out a halfhearted "NEAL", then hung up on me right when I started talking. Attempted to resolve via text and got talked down to. I criticized his lack of professionalism and got a passive-aggressive "Have a great day!" in return. Must be nice to make enough money that you can swat away loyals like flies. No problem though, I found a competitor who treated me like they actually wanted my business.

The best AC crew in the business. Arturo is professional and very knowledgeable. I have only used Neal’s AC For the pst 6 years and I won’t call anyone else. Highly recommend for the quality of service and price.

Chris and Neal nstalled the system a few years back, and had a recent issue where the drain backed up and prevented system from kicking on. Neal showed up promptly, diagnosed the issue and resolved quickly at a reasonable price.
