I want to start by saying it was very easy to get a hold of someone at this company! I spent days calling around Austin looking for help with my HVAC unit, but I got zero responses. I tried one last time and Aerock Air Conditioning and Heating was the only company that seemed to care about helping me. Thank you all so much for truly caring for your customers!

I own a rental property in Austin, and the tenants called to tell me the HVAC system stopped working. That’s when the panic set in. I called my usual HVAC technician, but he didn't have anyone who could help. I looked at reviews online to try to find a business that had good reviews and, most importantly, could come quickly. I called Aerock Air Conditioning and Heating, and they were able to come out later that afternoon. Overall, I had an excellent experience with this company!

As always, Aerock Air Conditioning and Heating did a great job with the regular maintenance of my mini-split system. I look forward to seeing the technician who always comes to my house because he is very friendly and knows so much about this type of heating and cooling system. I would recommend Aerock to anyone for installations & repairs in Austin, Texas.

My AC went down on one of the hottest days this summer in Texas. What a nightmare! Everyone else I called was already overbooked or could not give me a solid idea when they could come out. Aerock was there the very next morning, right on time! After looking over my system, the technician had the part in the truck, and I was back in business within the hour. Great service, it really couldn't have gone any better. I highly recommend them!
