The installation team arrived on time and completed the job in just a few hours! The senior technician was very knowledgeable and explained the new system to me with professionalism and courtesy. I am happy with the new system and the 10 year warranty for parts and labor gives me a real sense of security.

After receiving quotes from 4 different companies, we went with Baker. Hannah, in the office, was great about communicating with me regarding the crew's arrival time and expected time on task. The two techs who came to my house were polite, respectful and were agreeable when I asked them to make a modification on the installation. The only reason I didn't give a 5 is because there is a new piece of equipment on the clean-out that I don't know how to work. I didn't realize it was there until after they left. If they had shared with me what it was or how to use it, their service would have been a 5. Regardless, I would go with Baker again for any HVAC needs.

They made it out within 24 hrs of call for a bid. Came Wednesday and it was installed Friday. They were right on time (a little early) and they got it installed and running with 4 hrs. Very professional. Pric8ng on the unit and warranty was great! Highly recommend.

The gentlemen that came to my house to install the split units were kind, polite, and had manners. They had a good work ethic and did a great job. They, answered all my questions with confidence and communicated well and made sure I knew how to work my new unit before leaving. Top notch service. I would surely reccommend them.

Dropped in to the shop, I live a block away, and asked for some assistance. Scheduled for later in the day and ended up being less than an hour before the tech arrived.

He reviewed our current heating system. Pointed out some areas to attend to (would have done the items if I asked) and gave the system a health check

Louise was the best! Super helpful and got our heater up and going on a very cold night. Baker AC was able to get us on the schedule same day and our tech Louise was able to fix us up!
