NO show second time in a month. FIRST, time they said, it was a computer clitch and that a lot of customers appointments dropped. SECOND time, they dont know what happened and i cant talk to a manager they only scedule appointments one company bought out the other company. Now the service experts are are a disappointment

I recently had to have an outside coil replaced that was still under factory warranty , but the installer was no longer in business, so we called Baker
and couldn't be happier. The two young Techs were a pleasure to work with and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the result. The icing on the cake was when the bill was actually lower than the estimate!
