I spoke with Nieb on the phone regarding the Global Plasma Solutions Air Purification system. He was well versed in it and had installed many of them before. We also discussed some other items regarding our Air Conditioning system and ways he might be able to recommend it perform better. He was very professional and didn’t try to upsell me.

He came out and performed a free inspection of our A/C system and confirmed he would be able to install the Air Purification unit along with recommending an emergency shut off switch be installed in case the A/C drain backed up and a Furnace gas line minor modification to bring it into compliance with the current city code.

Additionally, he advised that due to the current placement in the attic of our almost 30 year old A/C unit he didn’t want to “take our money” by trying to make some minor changes to the ducting that may or may not help but rather suggested we continue to use the existing system but plan to replace the entire unit and ducts in a few years once it failed. I appreciated that. He could have just tried to “make a few bucks” by telling us he could implement some minor changes but he treats his customers like they are family and friends and that is a breath of fresh air from where I stand.

Nieb came back a few days later and he and his assistant did all the work as promised in a timely manner. He showed me all they did and explained the twice per year process of how to check whether the Air Purification unit needed to be cleaned.

We wanted to get the GPS 2400 Air Purification unit installed primarily to reduce dust, allergens, mold, and bacteria in our home. We are already noticing a difference!

THT is very thorough and professional in what they do, I was told different options and suggested what is good for me in short and long term. Also inspected other areas at no cost and made sure everything is covered and given the knowledge to do cleaning to make the AC life extend and work at good performance.

Naib did great work on my house on short notice to get my AC up and running again. He is a pleasure to work with and I will use him for all of my AC needs as long as I live in Texas.

Don't use this company as they are jut liars. The home warranty company sent the technician, Naib, from this company to check my AC. It was suspected as leaking freon. I asked him to request a leak detection test through the home warranty company. But I was told by the home warranty company that Naib's report only says the coil is leaking. How can Mr. Naib know it is the coil leaking without even open the coil cover to check the coil? As a matter of fact, the coil was replaced 3 years ago.

THT is always quick to respond and the tech that always comes out is very considerate and always ecplains what he is doing. In a way it is like he is educating the consumer about heating and air issues. They go up and beyond the call of duty to ensure everything is working right and that the consumer is happy. It is not like a major company. They are in it not to just make money but to make friends and life long customers. I am a big fan and will be a customer for life. I REALLY RECCOMEND THEM.

Nayeb helped me out on weekend when bedroom units were not functioning. He was honest and courteous. Appreciated him being there on weekend.
