Hesse air conditioning and heating

Our AC went out this weekend and we called on Sunday afternoon to have someone come out. Steve got us in this morning at 9am, he arrived on time and was incredibly professional and courteous! He was able to quickly resolve our issue and get us up and running again in no time! Our system is very old and will need to be replace soon so we asked him for an estimate to replace both outside units, and he quickly gave us an amazing price for two top of the line units that will work well for our home. Steve has earned mall of my future business, and I look forward to recommending him to everyone I know!

I had been getting quotes from several other companies and kept feeling like I was getting ripped off. A friend recommended Hesse and when I saw their 5 star rating and the fact they have zero complaints with the BBB, I called. Steve Hesse talked with me for about 40 minutes on the phone and we set up an appointment. He was patient with all of my questions and even explained everything again when my son came in. I decided to go with Hesse A/C based on their rating and their price. It helped immensely as well that Steve explained everything to me right up to and including how the financing worked, should I decide to do that. Instead he waited a week for me to get the money, ordered the units and in 2 days had both units installed and running perfectly. His crew was polite, quiet, clean and efficient and Steve even told me he would be in touch when the weather warms up to make sure all is running smoothly! As a widow, I cannot tell you how many times I have had salesmen try to pull one over on me, thinking I don't know any better, but I didn't get even a hint of that from Steve. I have already recommended this company to several people and I am rarely so impressed I go out of my way to promote a company! Hesse Air Conditioning and heating - a great company to work with!

Steve was extremely professional, showed up on time, with a mask to be safe for all and was awesome to work with today. He diagnosed after listening to my tale of woe about a broken AC unit and within 20 min had it up and going and fixed it for a very reasonable price. Outstanding service, very honest, and extremely competitive pricing! If it can be fixed, Steven will explain the pros and cons and fix it. He also installed 2 new systems for our neighbors! I called Hesse Air Conditioning and Heating and spoke to Steve Hesse. He was very polite and came out within the hour. Our system needed 3 pounds of freon and a new relay switch which Steve installed in an affordable a professional manner. Highly recommend! Not only did Steven efficiently and effectively fix our AC drainage issue, he also kept us calm and relaxed after we came home to a water leak coming through our ceiling onto the hardwood floor below. He came out the same day and fixed the problem. We previously had used Steven's services at our prior house so we knew we were in good hands.

A couple of days before the bitter cold we had in February 2021 I called to get an estimate for a new furnace (the old one was unrepairable, it had a cracked heat exchanger). What we needed was determined quickly and accurately; we scheduled the installation for the next day. The crew arrived on time, installed the new unit perfectly with the utmost of professionalism and courtesy. In addition, I also feel that the unit recommended was a good choice.Great job, great service and great knowledge of heating and a/c.
In June 2021 it was determined that we needed a new capacitor for our a/c condenser since it had stopped running. Same story - punctual, competent, and professional.
I think of this company as having master level technicians in their field. If you call them they will determine the problem, recommend the correct solution and fix the problem.

Steve is an excellent resource to help you with your heating and cooling requirements. He is very knowledgeable and responsive. He helped us understand our AC options, and came up with a great solution that fit our budget. He was hands on with all the installation work, and provided great follow up service.
