Jeff did a great job on our gas heating system. He found the problem right away and replaced the sensor on the unit in a timely manner. Jeff was very friendly, wore a mask and shoe covers which kept our house clean.

Mike came early and quickly found the problem with my heater not working. Although there were some complications, he was able to try many things and problem solve to repair the problem. He was very knowledgeable about the heating system and was determined to solve the problem. Big Mike was great at explaining what was going on the whole time and very professional.

Not only was my water heater replaced, but the recirculating system that was previously installed incorrectly was corrected. Cody and Sons always goes the "extra mile" to satisfy the customer. I can't say enough good things about Cameron Cody, who I always request.

Big Mike was amazing! I needed someone to explain my HVAC system in my new townhouse to me. He also did an inspection. He even went into the article to inspect the ductwork, which no one has ever done for me. I must mention that the attic access is a small square opening inside a small closet upstairs. From the information Big Mike provided I was able to draw myself a diagram of the HVAC system. I am probably several years from needing a replacement but I will definitely use them when I am ready because of how professional Big Mike. He even helped me decide what needed to be done to reconnect the dryer exhaust ductwork that became disconnected from the exterior of the house. There was no hard sales pitch. (That alone earned my business) Instead he told me what I can expect in the way of future repairs.

They have always responsive to my needs, very professional, and cost efficient. Their service personnel is very conscious of cleanliness and worksite clean up. I highly recommend Cody & Sons.

James and his helper arrived on time and got to work immediately. They replaced all (11) water stops/cutoffs in my home. They completed the work and tested all areas for leaks.
