Heat went out on the night we had a cold snap. I called and Cody & Sons were available quickly and got it repaired. Very professional, friendly & the tech was able to answer my questions. I’ve seen their truck on my street at various neighbor’s houses and they are local. I’m always a fan of supporting quality local businesses and when the tech needed to go back to the shop to get a part - no big deal, it’s not far! I will be calling on them again for anything that may come up in the future and very much recommend this company.

I had a great experience start to finish with Cody and Sons. I had an issue with my condenser fan not kicking on - I called them and they came out the same day. Jeff was friendly, efficient, and professional. He was clearly an expert in all things related to A/C - he quickly diagnosed the problem (bad fan motor) and replaced it with ease. He also answered every question I had and even took a look at some of the indoor components to make sure everything was working properly. If you are having an issue with your A/C, call these guys!

Can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Jeff from Cody and Sons. Our home was experiencing humidity issues associated with our HVAC and AC unit. We had numerous technicians out who only offered solutions that would cost us significant $$.

Jeff took his time to understand our problem. He was very honest and transparent throughout the initial phone consultation and service. His education on these units really stuck out to me as he proposed simple solutions that no other tech had offered.

Cameron and partner did a really good job, and adapted with a couple of obstacles.

Great job as usual. Sewer stoppage started Friday just past 5pm. Called up and they told us that the earliest they could come out was Monday, but we could call the dispatcher Saturday morning to see if he could squeeze us in. Called the dispatcher and he told me that the only guy working today had a full day job so it was likely that he will not make it. At 1pm the dispatcher called and told me that the plumber was done early and can come out. Fixed the stoppage within 45 minutes.
The service Cody & Sons provide is always great and I can highly recommend them.

Very professional and answered all of our questions while helping us learn as new homeowners. Helped us repair our heater on one of the coldest days of the year while the rest of the city was shut down. Definitely will use again if needed!
