Technician Chris Perales was very friendly and professional. I appreciated that he identified the problem and quickly took care of the situation. What I didn't like was that Mike's Plumbing requires you to provide a credit card before they will schedule an appointment and will keep the credit card on file unless you call and tell them to delete it.

Great Service, I thought it was going to cost a lot but price was great. Our technician Rigo was professional and outstanding. We felt very comfortable with him in our home. He came on a Saturday, around 6pm and fixed our busted pipe within 30 minutes. Amazing. We will continue to use this company.

They are very accommodating to my work schedule. Technicians, Sal, Joe, Angel, Anton, Andreas, Eddie and Fabian were very prompt and professional. Experts in their craft!! They were all friendly and were quick to explain the whole AC/Mini split installation as well as water heater replacement and a water softener system addition to my home. They offered several options to accommodate my budget too. Very up front about cost and finance options with competitive rates.....no gimmicks. This is the most professional company I have contracted to work in my home. They clean up after their jobs which relieves me the stress of any clean up. Having purchased their home protection plans have aided in percentages off any repair costs. I highly recommend this company for any of your electrical, plumbing or HVAC needs. Mr. Salinas was very courteous and professional. He explained so much about the inner workings of the AC and helped me see what the airflow issue was. He didn't insist on unnecessary add-ons or repairs I didn't need. This makes me trust their business so they'll get my future business as well. Mr. Salinas also likes dogs, so we took a minute to show each other dog pictures. So nice to have that little human connection, too.

I also like that they send you a link with info on the tech who is coming and you can't see where they are.

We had an AC issue. The dispatcher was courteous and professional and arranged an AC technician to come out that day. Eddie (technician) was very professional and quickly diagnosed the issue. He replaced a capacitor and ensured everything was working perfectly. He explained the steps he went through for diagnosis, where the problem was and resolution.
Being a member of Mighty Mike’s is a no-brainer! Fast efficient service, discounts on the parts/labor.
