We have used Mike's plumbing for a number of years for our plumbing repair and have been very pleased w/the exceptional workmanship of their staff (particularly Rodigo). So when we felt our A/C ducts should be examined and cleaned we decided to try Mike's Plumbing for this service need. At the end of the day's work we were exceptionally pleased w/the outcome. The technicians; Jorge & Fabian performed their work in a most meticulous manner and went to great lengths to show us [via photos] what they did. The best results came when we switched the A/C back on, w/in about 10 minutes, the whole house smelled fresh. In the 40+ years that we have lived in the RGV, this is one of the overall best home service companies that we have ever encountered.

Workmanship was excellent however some details were overlooked. A section of my skirting was not replace and another piece ,which I need, is missing. !! Also did not receive manual on the new water heater that was installed , which I would expect on completion . Have contacted Mikes and was assured it would be followed up on Monday. Also, curious as to why my copper tubes were replaced with stainless. No explanation was given at this point. Small detail matter so much when paying these prices .

I experienced a terrible leak at my home. This alone was a tragedy. I called Mike's Plumbing and scheduled myself for the repair. They made me meeting that all worthwhile. The technician. Erwin Pirfti. was nothing less then amazing. He was very intelligent and guided me through the repair process. With his tablet in hand, pictures taken of the damages he provided the estimate and offered other options. The repairs were done beyond expectations. The team went above and beyond, offering nothing but the best of the best service. This was a 10 Star Service job, not just a 5. Thank you so much for the services you offer and provide for our community.

Sal was great! He was friendly and knowledgeable. Told us about additional work he saw that would need to be done but didn’t pressure us to add a $1,000 of work to this service call. We’ll definitely call again to work with Sal.

Want to stop by and say awesome job by Pedro from Mike’s heating and plumbing. Not only did I get a fantastic job done, but he was able to come in earlier and provide excellent service. He explained the issues I was having with our water heater and even provided me with extra care with a protection plan. Thank you to all the team at Mike’s and especially Pedro.

Woke up to hot water leak. Called Mike's and they got right on it. Technicians Angel and Jose were very professional and explained all our options. Water heater replaced and we had hot water before lunch. Mike's turned our bad day into a good day. They have Military discount which is a big plus too. Would highly recommend.

The two young men that came were very courteous and professional. They kept me informed of everything they did. They did an excellent job and in a timely manner! I highly recommend them. Thank you for sending these two excellent workers.

Angel Lopez and Ervin Prifti from Mike’s plumbing initially went to service my tankless water heater and identified an issue. They did all the leg work for me, finding our water heater was under warranty and getting me a new replacement - along with installing a filter for the water heater. Friendly people, very knowledgeable and professional…appreciate their willingness to help and their great customers service. Thank you guys! Highly recommend Mike’s plumbing.
