Mike’s plumbing installed a new AC unit at my mom’s house. We were very impressed with the work they did. They changed out som electrical wiring, (I may not be using the correct terminology), removed the old A/C until and installed the new one. Very professional service, very respectful, very knowledgeable. The installation took all day and their work was excellent.

Not knowledgeable in tankless water heaters. Wanted to make me wait 4 days for a follow up visit and change me for 3 hours of labor for something another plumber fixed same day, in less than 30 minutes, and for $50. I would look for another plumber if you have a tankless unit.

Great communication from start to finish. Staff was knowledgeable, very competent. We will continue calling on Mike's Plumbing.

Plumbing inspection
The technician, Cris was very knowledgeable in finding solutions to some problems he encountered during inspection and very kind and helpful enough to fix the poor drainage in the tub and called the manufacturer to find out if the parts on the rest of the problem areas are still on warranty, sure enough it still is, thank you so much Cris.
