It was a pleasure working with this company, from dispatch to plumber. Robert worked quickly and professionally to repair a leak. I really like that I was offered several repair options from the cheapest "band-aid" to full replacement and a few options in between. Very professional and they do good work.

National came into Mama’s Kitchen and worked on our air conditioner a few weeks ago. The technician that helped us was Brandon Lovett. He was very professional and efficient with his work. We’ll definitely be using him in the future.

I called on a Friday for an emergency leak around 12 in the afternoon. I had called every plumbing company in Odessa and was told I would have to wait till Monday which was very inconvenient because I have 4 kids. Not only did national show up within the hour but they detected the leak and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. My wife and I very much appreciated their prompt response and excellent service we recommend them to anybody in need of their services. Very professional and polite technicians

National Heating installed my GENERAC GENERATOR.....service has been outstanding....Mark and Brandon were very professional and polite....I would highly recommend National Heating.

Do business with this company at your own risk. I called to have 2 shower valves replaced. The service guy (Robert) came to my house to take a look at it. I had the knobs off so he could see the valves so he knew what parts were needed. He said he would be back the next morning with the valves to do the repair.

He came the next morning to change out the valves. I showed him to the back bedroom to the shower and left him there to do his work. He finished in about 15 minutes and came to my office and said he would bring me the ticket. $125 for the service and $30 for the "Delta" parts.

The next day, I took the shower knobs off to go get new one, only to see the the valves behind the knobs were the same. He simply fixed the one that was leaking and charged me for new parts. I called them and began to explain that I had some work done. As soon as she heard it was a complaint, she offered to take my number and call me back because they were in a "meeting." Six hours later I called back and she answered the phone. I asked to speak with the manager. She found out who I was and said ok and put me on hold for about 5 seconds, only to get back on the phone and tell me that the manager is gone for the day and will not be there the next day either. In other words don't bother calling back tomorrow. I told her ok, I would just put that in my Google review. She said "OK THANK YOU."

As promised, 10 minutes later as I was writing my review when the phone rang. It was another manager (not the one that was "gone for the day") who said she "came out of a meeting" to call me. I told her what happened, and from he tone of her voice I could tell this was common practice. Her resonse was, "I'll send him a note to see what he says." "I check with him to see what happened." "We'll see what went wrong."

She said she would call me the next day. The next day came and went and I heard nothing from them.

I seriously doubt that I'm the first victim of this company. This is a easily provable crime. I'm not going to pursue it, but I will make people aware of how this company does business.

What they did not know is that I have an Marketing Agency here in Odessa that does reputation marketing that "HELP PEOPLE WITH GOOGLE REVIEWS" which "82% of consumers read online reviews for local businesses." Wrong guy to steal from.
