Family owned/operated business and it shows. Does not include the typical Midland/Odessa massive overcharging so common out here. He was honest and thorough, did a great job with my repair and was able to accommodate my complicated schedule. Customer for life, I recommend him to everyone I know who mentions they have ac issues. 10/5 stars

Got my ac fixed 2 weeks later it went out so I continue to call and no answer I’ve been calling for 4 days now and nothing I even drive by and no one is ever there u would think after I spent over 600 that they would at least respond or even call back please since the voicemail is full they clearly don’t listen to them 🙄

Warning‼️ I called to set an appointment because I needed AC work. Today's date is 5/7/19 and this guy says he has no available appointments until 5/27/19. The lies. Dealerships aren't that busy. I've been told that before around here and my intuition tells me he has to be prejudice. That's fine because I don't spend my money with any companies that openly display racism.

About a week ago I called to make an appointment to check my A/C system on my truck. Understanding that I waited until it was hot outside, I expected to wait awhile. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was extremely polite and helpful. While knowing he might lose money, he gave me some pointers to help me troubleshoot the issue. I was able to fix the issue, but because he was so helpful and honest. If something had gone wrong I would have taken my truck there in a heartbeat. For the reviews crying about their bill or issues later, there are a ton of things that can go wrong and some cars/trucks are harder to fix. Mr. Auto is my recommendation, you cannot trade honesty and professionalism for a cheap fix. Thank you again!!!

Good quick service, friendly hvac tech, forgot his name put he helped me the first week they opened back up after covid shutdown. Good prices too. Will use again.

Very good experience with the tactician was not there long. He fixed the problem I was having with my car air conditioning. I would recommend. Mr. Air to anyone needing their car air conditioning repaired.

Recently had my AC repaired here. Owner is open, honest, and helpful. He quickly diagnosed and fixed my problem. Highly recommended!

Awesome guy knows his stuff and limit of his capabilities. Reccomend giving him a call for any issue and he'll take care of you or get you pointed in the right direction.

I’m working in the Oilfield in between Pecos-New Mexico-Seminole, upon my AC going out I contacted Efram and eventually met Ron with whom Vet to Vet I felt comforted that we we had a mutual bond. After about a 5 weeks not only do I not have AC but my Heater no longer works! I’ve called and spoken to both gentlemen and have yet to receive a call for a return to repair the problem and problems stemming from their work. Needless to say $1.42 shy of $1000 I have no AC nor Heat in my vehicle. Thanks Ron and Efram!
