The A/C repair tech called and said he would arrive in 15 minutes. He got here in 15 minutes, analyzed the A/C problems (capacitor failure). Replaced the failed capacitor, checked coolant level, and had the unit blowing cold air in 20 minutes. The repairman, Alfredo was kind, courteous, and polite. I would highly recommend National for A/C problems.

Brandon has come to my home 4 times now to service my HVAC system. I am so impressed with his desire to ensure my system is operating at 100% efficiency. He works hard to make sure he addresses every issue before leaving.

They have been servicing our AC for years and after repeated service calls for the same problem we called someone else. The new service company immediately found the problem and fixed it that day. He also informed us that there is no way that national had put Freon in our unit or ran the pressure test that they claimed to have done. They used to be good but now they are now nothing but crooks.

Tankless water heater was not working correctly. Very little hot water.
The plumber said the controls were not set correctly. It was installed by national plumbing over 10 years ago. I do not know how the settings were not correct.
It has been working great all this time.
It is working now after the service call. This is the first service call on this tankless water heater.

I only use National Heating & Cooling for plumbing and HVAC issues. I had a water heater gas line leak and the plumber fixed it within an hour. 11/10 would recommend

Alfredo was the tech that came to my home. He was to inspect Generac generator that did not come on after recent outage. We called him out to the home first part of Jan 2018 . He showed to my home on the 5th . He was not sure what was wrong with the system . He had to call Generac and look at the manual to help. Said it needed a Nexus controller. He ordered one and came back to the home to install on the 9th . Part was 700.00 not covered under warranty. Which had expired 4 month prior. That did not solve the problem. At this point he shared with myself and husband that we would not have to pay anything and he we could move on with someone else to repair. He would take back the controller. He said it could be the the Engine Harness which is additional part that cost 1000.00. Said he would have to order one. We agree to have him install that harness. He showed back up on the 25th with an experienced tech and they installed the harness and the unit worked. He stated to myself and husband that he would get the bill sent to us. They would call first with the total amount . He said we would not be charged for labor on all the time he could not figure out what was wrong . Now want to charge us 20 hours of labor at 125.00 hr. We have called for the supervisor for days. The office lady told my husband that Alfredo had not passed the Tech training or certification with Generac. That was concerning. The Service Manager called my husband a liar and said they were going to put a lien on our home if we did not pay the total bill of 4361.00 . These folks need to communicate to customers the total amount prior to doing the work. We did not give them authorization to have an open amount for the repair.

Robert was very friendly and efficient. Told me about the problem with the commodes and fixed them immediately. Robert did great work. I would recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Called them about having my AC serviced and was followed up shortly by a technician and scheduled same day, he stayed until my Unit was fixed and was respectful and mindful of my family and kids while repairing it. Couldn’t be happier definitely recommend
