I am so disappointed with this company. I have paid 3 times for them to come out and service my water heater and every time it shut right back off as soon as they left. I do not understand why I had to continue to pay for a service that was never repaired. This is truly disappointing and irritating! I have been having this same issue going on 3weeks with this company to which it has not been fixed. I have yet to get to speak with a manager to come to a resolution this is honestly so frustrating

I had a clogged shower drain and called D&D. The plumber they sent out was Mike Perez. He was very professional and polite, he got the drain unclogged very fast and cleaned up after himself. I would recommend these guys to everyone. They are very punctual and unlike the other plumbers in town they can fit you in right away. Will definitely use them in the future.

They say they serve Ector County but if you live west of 385 you will be charged a "drive time fee" the minute they leave Midland. This is not mentioned anywhere on the website. Not cool!

The technician was very professional, took time to investigate our weird issue, diagnosed the problem, took time to explain it to me and fixed it promptly. Afterward, he made sure to test his repair and then explained the invoice to me. Great service.

The A/C unit began leaking water at 11:00 pm, turned off unit and requested service via D and D website, they were here bright and early The following day. Glenn was our technician, who was professional and knowledgeable. Happy, and cool 😎 customers.
