They were very quick and responsive. Got the issue fixed same day within 6 hours of calling. They actually showed up 30-45 minutes after I made the first call. Both workers that arrived were friendly and professional.

Tech was scheduled to arrive between 8am and noon. I called at 1pm to be told he might be here in 1 or 2 more hours. At 4:15 I was finally notified that they were on the way. At 5pm I was told that they didn’t have the parts, would not be able to get the parts today because of the time and I would have to pay $135 today and if they could find the parts tomorrow they would schedule a time to come back…. Hopefully tomorrow we will get something accomplished assuming I am first on the schedule since my job wasn’t finished today.

I used D&D Plumbing, Heating and Air to repair my central heater. It was brutally cold this week. The service guy came out same day I called. Thank God. He evaluated the system, listened to my concerns, and answered all my questions. He was knowledgeable and well informed. He was honest, gave me options for repairs, and informed me what it would cost. Fortunately the issue was easy to repair. It only took an hour. I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Michael worked hard to repair our ac in a timely manner. Was very polite and professional. Would be happy to have him help us with any future problems.

Excellent service. We found other issues as we went along and they fixed only what was needed and requested by me. Didn’t push unnecessary repairs. Will highly recommend to anyone needing plumbing service.

The service technician was very pleasant over all. I would have given him 5 stars, as my main sewer line was very clogged, it had to be hydro jetted and he stated that that service was warranted. He showed up earlier than expected, which is a good thing. Once the sewer line was unclogged and cleaned he came about the bill. I asked about the warranty and he called his supervisor and there was no warranty for that service. I'm glad he got the sewer line cleared and he was very nice, but no need to say there is a warranty when there is not one. I would still use them again. I know plumbing services are expensive and I think most people do. Just don't state as fact something that isn't true.

I called them out a couple months ago. I had a water leak. They came on a Saturday and sent two guys. They both said they were stumped and had absolutely no idea what caused the leak and if it came back to call them back out here. Well it leaked again so I called another company. They came out and within an hour had it fixed. They immediately knew what caused it. I called D and D back to discuss the matter. I was told several times a supervisor would call me back. Never got the call. Meanwhile I’m out close to $200 for a job they weren’t apparently qualified to resolve. Would not recommend them unless you already have the issue diagnosed and need someone with basic skills to repair it

Robert and his helper was very proficient and quick, Robert made sure everything was in good working order before he left. I strongly recommend Robert and D&D plumbing and the price was right.

I needed an estimate to have a gas line replaced at my house and decided to reach out to D&D on a friend's recommendation. I quickly had an appointment but their rep never showed or called with an updated time. After three more attempts he finally shows up, doesn't measure or really take any time to assess anything and gives me a grossly over priced estimate. Based on previous work we've had done and the rep's own "rule of thumb" shared over the phone I expected the job to be between 2-3k but was given a quote for over 4k. Needless to say I've chosen to go with another company and I'm not sure if I'll try D&D again. My advise is to get a second opinion before committing.

As a side note I got a second quote from Waters Edge and not only did they show up on time but they actually measured and gathered data for their quote which came out to almost half of what D&D's was. They had no knowledge of the first quote and their number was in line with previous they've done for us.
