Just had these guys out again to fix a wall leak in new part of the house. Ryan was so careful and helpful. Very clean and tried really hard to not have to break up my tile. Much appreciated his care and courtesy. Great job Ryan

Very satisfied with the service I received from D&D today. I called today to set up preventative services and they were able to send me a technician on the same day to check our heating units and prep them for the Fall season. The technician's name was Michael. He was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and answered all of my questions. Thank you!

Arrived on time, diagnosed and repaired heater within 30 minutes. Michael Davis was very polite and professional, took the time to show us and explain exactly what was wrong with our unit. Highly recommend and will for sure use their services in the future.

I had used D&D Plumbing, very successfully, earlier this year, so when very warm air was all that coming out of my vents all over the house (I thought I needed a Freon infusion), I called D&D again and within 30 minutes a young man (Isaac Venegas) was at my house; he was professional, knowledgeable, and knew exactly what to do. However, my diagnoses was not the correct one, Isaac found a hole in one of the A/C's coils. He explained to me what would be necessary to solve that problem, told me that another employee would come out, look at that problem, give me information on when, how, and the value of the repair.
Issac was very down to earth, treated me with respect, assuaged all my fears and left me with more great respect for D&D Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning. Thanks, Isaac!!!

The gentleman who did the work, Mr. Stephen Joiner, did an outstanding job! He was fast, explained everything, and had our sink fixed perfectly in no time. My only issue was the company scheduled me for between 8am-12pm today (6/3/2020) but couldn't get to us till later. Not a huge problem but would recommend a notice that the professional will be later than originally scheduled. I'll still use and recommend D&D for all types of home services they perform, but I hope they will let me know in the future if they'll be late. Thanks for getting us taken care of as I understand the schedule must be very full.

They were very friendly. They did a good job, were professional and prompt. I would recommend them and use again.

Had new dishwasher installed and installers could not resolve issue with water overflow from air cap - D&D came a day early and had the issue resolved in 15 minutes! Very professional, courteous and personable!

They were able to come in and replace my water heater the same day I called them. Great service and professionalism from their team.

Installed by Stephen with the assistance of Christopher. Completed the task in about 1 hour+ as he had estimated. Stephen was very knowledgeable, affable, and seemed quite intelligent. He explained everything in detail prior to starting so that I understood my options. He represented D&D Plumbing very well. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Very informative, price was a bit high but hey better to pay a high price and have it done correctly.
