Joseph was great. He showed up on time and was very professional. Milestone tried to sell me on a $15k replacement unit for my less than 10 year old system and I wanted a second option. Glad I called Joseph. He looked it over and saw it needed some Freon but was not in need of replacing. I signed up for their bi-annual service and ditched Milestone. I value honesty and that’s what I got from this company.

I inquired a few days ago about a noisy outdoor unit and was happily greeted with a quick call and email response. The owner spoke with me directly and set an appointment to fit my schedule. On the day of the appointment Mr. Hunter arrived right on time and I was even given text notifications while he was en route.

The service was quick and professional which made my day start off on the right foot! Mr. Hunter was transparent with pricing and very knowledgeable about my AC needs. Because I have an older unit he even sent me a detailed quote about upgrading when I’m ready.

We spoke casually after he was done I paid right on my porch.

He just performed an emergency call for me as my run capacitor went out overnight; showed within an hour of my text and completed the job in about 45 minutes. Excellent Service. Great pricing. Joseph found the problem within minutes of his arrival after two previous AC companies misdiagnosed the issue and still charged me.
