We had a great experience with Nova. We called Friday had someone out Friday night for a free quote. They didn’t try to sell us more then we needed and the price to replace the unit outside, the furnace and the inside part for the zone system was a few thousand less then a couple quotes we had. They came out that Monday and quickly installed the new one.they cleaned up after themselves and give a great warranty to boot. We highly recommend them, they did a great job!

I highly recommend Nova Air!! The whole process was quick and easy! Salvador answered my questions timely and scheduled my installation ASAP! The crew got here and completed the Job and had my house cooling again! My family and I are so grateful to the guys for all their hard work!

Came home from work to find the house hot on the first real warm TX day of the year. Realized the air was blowing but not cold. Checked the unit and could tell it was not working. Nova was the first company to return my request for urgent assistance. They were out the very next morning, on time, clearly conveyed when they would be here, described the issue (bad capacitor), and got the unit blowing cold in 10 minutes. I am grateful to find a company that was not only on time and professional but carried the part needed and did not try to sell me any service I did not need or want. All five star reviews of this place are correct. I found this place on FB. I gave them a call and they came out and gave me a free quote. The price was so great I went with them. These guys are very punctual. I scheduled a time for a Saturday between 8 and 10. I woke up at around 830 and saw part of the crew already waiting. Then the Nova Air van came around 9am. After about 30 minutes of setting up they began work at 930. Salvador said the job should take around 5 hours. They were done in 4. That includes clean up. These guys are great. They practically left no foot print. And if you want your air ducts cleaned they work with another business that does that too. I highly recommend this place!!!!

Salvador and his team are always so attentive to my needs. Always makes time when I need of him. Great customer service and professional. My only person I go to for ac work.
